Avoid this chipotle at all costs. Came at 9pm and they "didn't have" salad or salad dressing, all of the lemonades were broken down so I could only get a soda unless I wanted to wait and get a refund, no napkins, forks, or knives. Employees were rude and did not care whatsoever. If I could give no stars I would.

I’m not a huge fan of chipotle, but my son is and it was his bday and that’s what he wanted. Of course our order was messed up. I ordered a chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, cheese, and tomatillo salsa. The burrito I received had very little chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, fajita peppers, sour cream, and no cheese. My son ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, cheese, fajita peppers, sour cream, and tomatillo salsa. The bowl he received had chicken, white rice, pinto beans, cheese, fajita peppers, romaine lettuce, and fresh salsa. No sour cream or tomatillo salsa. This is not the first time my order has been messed up. Happens more often than it should. I seriously do not get how difficult it is to read a food order and make it correctly. Gave it two stars instead of one because I already contacted chipotle and got two free entrees for next time.

The staff here will put so little in your bowl, you are paying full price for half the content. I get some Chipotle are strict about that, but this one makes you feel like you are rationing for a world war and you are on the losing side.

I love this location. Their food is just flat out better than the other 2 or 3 Chipotle's in the general area. Portions are generous and the employees are always friendly. I will say this though, I only eat here for lunch. I've seen other bad reviews and they seem to focus more on the dinner shift. I personally have no issues or complaints.

This is the only location in Phoenix that consistently has good quality food and and solid portion sizes every single time (which says a lot because Chipotle is known for skimping on portions). Chips are always on point as well. I'll drive out of my way to come to this one from now on!

This is not the first time this has happened however I try to keep giving this location chances. Already filed a complaint with the customer support. But the automated response will still tell me to contact them lol.
