I order a bowl here about twice a week and I am amazed with how great the staff here is. My bowl is consistently perfect, I am greeted at the Chipotlane with a smile every time and my bowl is ready and food is always cooked correctly and nice portions. This is the best Chipotle store by far and I am impressed with the professionalism and pride the staff takes in their work. It makes a huge difference.

Well still nobody has contacted me from manager department.I see they really value their customers down there.I go to the website which the manager asked me to and there's no way to contact someone there.So you can contact me at my email I'd like my food reimbursed here also because I drove to another location and paid $17.50 for one burrito which is ridiculous.... And wasted 10 more dollars worth of gas to go drive to another location they didn't even have good customer service there either at Tatum and Bell Road.Have your general manager write me an email... Or a director I hope you correct customer service down there at all your [email protected]
Nice location, but this is the first time I felt that my chipotle food needed salt. The food had no flavor, and I threw my $13 bowl away. I wouldn't risk it if I was you, there are plenty of locations in Phoenix.

Another Chipotle over charging for a bean n cheese and sour cream burrito. $8.63 for a burrito with beans, cheese and sour cream. No guacamole no chicken, steak or any other protein. Yet again I am left hungry and at the mercy of Taco Bell. Pray for my bowels. Cashier was courteous and kind. Manager was fine. Just disappointed at chipotles logic.

Tortilla of my burrito had some hard spots. They were out of cheese. It was just a subpar burrito. Size is never the issue here, just was bored eating the thing. Not sure I will come back.
