The drive-thru is super convenient. I wish we could also do orders there. However, keeping it as a mobile pickup helps it move quickly, so I'm super in love with that feature. I really like the place it's always clean inside. The team is normally really good and attentive. It's Chipotle I mean come on.

I ordered 2 bowls of chicken....the chicken was over salted and it was over cooked. The rice was not fully cooked, it was hard...the steak bowl had everything else but the steak...this was a waste of my money....I don't recommend anyone going to this place....

Was just trying to get lunch but, I regret getting it from here. Ordered a steak bowl with a side of chips and queso, the rice in the bowl was uncooked as well as under cooked fajita veggies, and the steak in my bowl was straight fatty meat, totally unsatisfying. I wish that was the end but, my chips were stale and the queso was grainy and old. This location is relatively new so I thought it would be better.

The service is terrible I was the only one inside the store and yet had to wait 10 mins for someone to place my order, yet there was 6 employees just walking around. By the time I got to the register I had waited another 6 mins for them to figure out a problem with the register for being the only one in here at the time this is an extremely unacceptable I won’t be coming back here, to top it all off the only utensils that they have are spoons ! I will take my business elsewhere !

All I can say is Chipotle food is good. This locations service is not...For starters: we waited as no one wanted to take our order. Workers were sitting around doing everything else besides gathering orders. We finally got a guy who couldn't be any less interested in taking our order....No greeting, no enthusiasm, no options, nothing. As we continued to order, we finally got close to being completed when another worker says "just to let everyone know, we are only taking cash at this time...." and walks off... Maybe that would have been something that could have been mentioned before starting the order... I politely asked the staff member- "Is there anywhere to get cash from in which he replied no...Had to simplify my order as I was there with my entire family and did not have the 60 dollars in cash on hand.I'm not upset that things happen, It's business, and I'm more irritated of the lack of quality service from a quality chain. Do better!!! Also, hire workers who actually care about their job. Whoever took our order did not...Food- BService- F-Atmosphere- DVegetarian options: Just don't order meat there.Parking: Big area to park near other stores.
