*edit* This location has been going downhill... staff is rude and impatient even to delivery drivers... and they're forgetting ingredients in our togo orders ? and skimp on their ingredientsI really love their steak and their corn salsa and I like that they have a rewards program via their app. This location seem to be nonstop busy, but it's never too long of a wait, they also don't skimp on their bowls and burritos

I ordered here, and chose delivery. Immediately after paying, I realized I just paid 21 dollars for a burrito that I could've picked up for 10.My fault for sure. Immediately (within 5 seconds) I went to cancel the order, or change to pick up, as it is only 1 mile away. The insanity of routing back and forth between different apps and companies was insane. I even was offered to call an invalid phone number for resolution.This digital infrastructure is SO easy to fix, yet no one does.Do better, Chipotle.

We love the food, but we just paid $8 for the smallest “large” bag of chips I’ve ever seen.That’s like 30 cents a chip.Won’t be getting that anymore…
I went with my friend who is clearly gay and while in the process of having our different bowls made, two of the male workers who work the line and the register were looking at us and then smirking and laughing. Unbeknownst to one of them, I visually saw it and when I made eye contact with one of the clowns, his face went blank with shock knowing I saw him. The only thing to smirk, laugh or have inside jokes about should be in relation to where you work… Chipotle. You’re serving food to paying customers. If you wanna be a comedian you should look into that but most people don’t deal with that type of childish behavior or think it’s funny. Keep that same energy and you’ll last forever in a place like that and have no real success as it takes being inclusive and mature to get places in life. The experience was super unprofessional and in different setting would’ve been differently.

Went to chipotle 1/28 8:29pm, the kid in there Jose was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. He rubbed his face and hair with the gloves that he had on without changing them and threw my food together without paying any attention as he gossiped about people in the restaurant. It seems like they have children working there.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle because of the food and the service. I was there twice this month and received the worst service both times by the same guy on the line. I believe his name is Adriel or something similar. Was very rude slamming our food and making a face to customers who would walk in the restaurant. Huffing and puffing the entire time, obviously did not want to be there. The food also unfortunately was not the best. Hopefully management can get this situation under control.
