Where do I even start with this establishment. My wife and I order the exact same order every single time we go here and it is never consistent. There have been times where our biscuits have been left out, my wife’s mash potatoes were missing, my wife got mac and cheese instead of mash potatoes, I ordered all legs and I got all thighs, I have ordered original and have gotten all spicy and the list could go on and on. I have even so much as have gotten under cooked chicken! I tend to be a really nice and level headed guy, I go back to this establishment hoping that they could just get it right. Well tonight was my last straw. I ordered my number 2 combo, 3 classic legs, med. strawberry Fanta, and large fired okra. My wife ordered a number 3 combo, 3 classic chicken fingers, med. Dr.Pepper, and a large mash potatoes. When we got our food from the drive through we parked because we had realized they had given us a regular mash potatoes instead on a large. When we got home and started eating I had realized not only did they not give me all legs, they also only gave me 2 chicken BREAST!!! I will NOT be coming here again and will be making and extra drive to go to the next closet one near me. Deeply disappointed.

I have to praise them! Today we went to through the drive thru, ordered a family size of tenders and sides. They gave us someone else's order. I didn't notice until I got home. My family started to eat the chicken legs and thighs. I went back to get my side order of okra. I told the lady what happened and she gave us the whole order, the way I originally ordered it. We ordered three different sides, the order we received had all the same sides, and they gave us the three side I ordered. I have never had such wonderful customers service, she knew right away what I had ordered vs. what I received! I had ordered a regular sized okra and she gave us a large. Thank you for correcting the order!

My daughter went thru drive thru here at this location n placed her order. 8 piece mixed, 2-12 piece chicken tenders, cup jalapenos, large fry n poppers. She didn't check her order being that the kid at drive thru read her order back to her.She gets home goes to open all boxes due to the fact my grandson was excited for the chicken tenders. No chicken tenders in the 3 boxes that were handed to her.We get in the car to go back. We get there it's 7:11pm doors are locked. Another kid opens the door. No hello, no what is the problem, what may I help you with, nothing. So I said you Fvoked up the order. He proceeds to look at the the receipt n goes off with,Well you got the 8 piece. True one box correct. He never apologized for the inconvenience of having to drive back. No apologies whatsoever, not even a courtesy of offering a drink or two nothing. This location is a damn joke. The 2 young men working the front have no business working there. And to top it off the figured I didn't understand Spanish when the one started talking smack about us to the ladies in the back.Definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Went last night and the chicken was VERY VERY HARD! told the employees if they can replace it for fresh chicken and told me they can’t because they already turned off the fryer and it was 8pm and they close at 10pm! I told them then I wanted my money back and told me they can’t because it’s a new system and they don’t know how to work it unbelievable! Told me to go Monday and talk to the manger and I did and she didn’t want to refund me my money or re-make me my food told me why didn’t I bring the food back? I DID and they couldn’t replace it. Because they had no more chicken! WORST PLACE EVER! Manager is very rude don’t waste your time here I will be contacting Corporate.

Do you all answer the phone? I came through the drive thru last night around 830p got home and been calling every since. I ordered a 12 piece dinner with two large sides. My chicken was very old and hard. The inside of the chicken was red, and purple that’s how old it was. It is now 11:29am the next day and no one has answered the phone.
