Therefore, I placed an order by phone &!to my surprise I was told that delivery is not available after all. When I decided to pick up my order, I asked for the manager, who was absolutely Unconcerned about the issue saying I could've simply canceled and that it is not his problem but a corporate issue. Beware.

We visit a cold beers and cheeseburgers restaurant every time we come to Arizona. This time our flight was later in the evening and we were starving..so we arrived a little late. They closed at 10 o'clock and it was about 930. The restaurant was nearly empty and it was fairly dirty. It looked like maybe they were understaffed and possibly had a big rush of customers. The staff was nice and the food was good , so we could look past the dirty tables.

My wife ordered the 1/2 lb chuck burger with mushrooms.
The meat was tough, overcooked and tasteless.
I had chickens with mushrooms, onions and provolone cheese.
The chicken was the size of maybe 3 Oreo cookies.
Tasteless, poor quality and tiny.
The waitress charged us $2 each for our side salads even though they came with each meal.
The manager recognized our displeasure after we told the server that 40
Minutes to wait for our meal on a slow Monday evening was unacceptable.
She took off $10 from
The bill.
We will not be back. In a competitive restaurant city like Scottsdale this place is going to find it tough sailing.

Took my wife and older son out Saturday night to Cold Beers & Cheesburgers. Food was good and I enjoy they have my two favorite beers. Wings were good and the nacho chicken appetizer.
The pretzels and chili dip were amazing. Clean location with good food and plenty of TV screens.

EUGENE was dissatisfied with my attitude and language after conveying my frustration and physically took my plate off the table while my food was in my hands.Save your time and money by visiting TWIN PEAKS DEER VALLEY where they offer great food, attentive service and feminine women (instead of feminine men).
