I’m not one to leave reviews, especially to a place that I come to all the time. But tonight was an abomination. There were three people ahead of me and it took me 30 minutes to get a single ice cream. I watched multiple girls walk to the back to be on their phones. I saw the AA girl with pigtails go and come from the back, not only during a rush but eating a finger snack in front of the customers and proceeding to just put on gloves and go about touching other peoples food. Her hair is out of code. She did not follow proper handwashing procedures, the distractions between everyone for the amount of time it took to get everyone’s (about) two ice creams (per customer) out was atrocious. If I come back and see the same people working I’m IMMEDIATELY walking out. Get your act together ladies.

Service was wonderful!! I dodnt knoe how it all worked and the delightful associate took great care of me. She took her time to help me through the process of making up my darn mind lol.

Ordered delivery on Valentine's day. I paid over 50 for 3 pints and 6 waffle bowls/cones. Not only was the order late, ice cream melted...but no waffle bowls or cones were delivered. When I called to make sure I wasn't charged for them...the kid on the phone said " we can't do anything about that, you'll have to go on the app. " I said " what app? I ordered on your website". Then she puts me on hold for a bit and gets back on to tell me to call this number...So I call the number and a woman answers" hello". So I'm confused and finally understand that they gave me their managers personal cell number. She told me to text her the information and she would refund me, so I did. But three days later, yet to see a refund. It's not about the 10 bucks worth of waffle cones that irks me...it's the terrible service. Why offer a service that you aren't capable of performing? Train your people better. It cannot be a corporate policy that an off duty manager had to be responsible for refunding money to a customer who hadn't recieved what they paid for. Very ridiculous experience.

I am writing this review with disappointment regarding my experiences with Cold Stone Creamery through Doordash. The key issue is the consistent inaccuracy of my orders, receiving a smaller size despite specifying "Love It." This recurring problem is inconvenient and disappointing as I am paying for a larger portion that I never receive. Additionally, my requests for a cone have repeatedly gone unanswered. To make matters worse, the lack of responsiveness from the store in these situations with me attempting to address these issues by phone have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling helpless and dissatisfied as a customer.

We went for milkshakes around 9:15pm (they close at 10pm) thinking that they weren't going to make shakes that late, because other Cold Stones stop making shakes sometimes 2 hours before closing. Anyways so wee ask the lady if they have shakes this late and she said "we always make shakes, we have shakes. If you come for a shake and anyone ever tells you that we don't, call me to let me know, I'm the Manager!" We were so happy! And she made them so good! So this is our new spot to get late shakes!

The woman taking my order was the absolutely most un interested in their job I have ever seen. I got 2 milkshakes and a pint of ice cream. Both milkshakes are so thick you physically drink it if you tried. The pint of ice cream is not the one I order whatsoever. All around a terrible experience and an absolute waste of $38. Will never visit another coldstone creamery again

There was a cockroach in my ice cream and i asked this worker Hailey to remake it and she told me to deal with it and there was cockroaches all over the
I stood waiting for someone to help me for 5 minutes. Four girls just avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me so I walked out. No communication from staff and an awkward visit. I'll find a different cold stone franchise to go to.

Ice cream was pretty good, place could be cleaner and what seem to be the owners were berating one of the employees. Don’t do that in front of customers it’s unprofessional. The employees were super sweet and quick!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I ordered ice cream with DoorDash, first bite on my ice cream and I had a LONG RED FAKE FINGER NAIL in it! I tried to call to complain and talk to a manager. Their phone does not work so I had to drive down there (which kills the purpose of ordering DoorDash) to find that more than half of the staff have fake long nails. That is disgusting. I guess they do not have to follow health code. If they don’t follow that just imagine what else they don’t follow. This location is just poorly ran too, why 3 staff are on break at the same time while one girl is dealing with a long line does not make sense. Save your time and money go to a different location.
