Great menu/restaurant especially if your looking for something a bit different from the usual counter serve food places. Staff doesn't always get your sauces correct when they r busy but overall it's still great food.I really wish they would lose the gloves though, kinda cringe watching staff preparing your food and touching their hair clothing ect.. without washing there hands cause they have gloves on and don't realize what they r doing.Much rather have bare hands and washing...read full review

It was our first time at Cupbop. I got a Doochi cup & my daughter got an ugly bop. We both enjoyed the flavors, and the amount of food is more than plenty. We left one whole cup of rice, noodles, and cabbage. The service is very friendly and helpful being that it was our first time there. She let us sample some sauces and really helped us through how to make the cup the way we wanted it it was definitely an awesome experience and we will be back.
