Great service in spite of the older neighborhood. The building needs repair but the staff really go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I noticed this on several occasions. So don't let the rough exterior turn your decision to visit this often overlooked place with fantastic employees who know how to keep serving the great service!
Koby answered the phone at this DQ, and was so kind, and pleasant. But above all HELPFUL! I have an allergy prone grandson that can only have plain Dilly Bars, but the other restaurants were sold out. Koby not only reserved them for me, but told the other 2 associates working to expect me! And expect me they did! I didn't get the others names, but wish I had. They were ALL so pleasant, and seemingly glad to see me. Thank you Koby at DQ for helping me make my Grandsons visit...read full review

Not one of the nicer places but they get to know there customers. I order a banana split everyday and I just walk in and get to making my order. So nice of staff . Very helpful and sweet .I give it a 5 star ?.
