Best place in town for dinner and a show. I just have such an appreciation for people watching in the ghetto. Got to watch crackheads pace back and forth and argue outside from the safety of my booth, a lady in the corner of the restaurant struggle to stay awake, a lady get two cups of soda and give one to her dog in the restaurant, and even enjoy watching people dance freely in the parking lot at the car wash next door. All in all friendly staff, food is fast and hot, and the entertainment value you get is just off the charts here. 10/10 recommend.
Went thru drive thru. The guy working the speaker box and window was hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Professional, polite, asked if we needed any additional sauces, etc. The food was fresh, and it didn't taste as if cooked in dirty oil. Thank you.

Ive been in management for 20 years. There was one older woman doing all the work while these kids were on the phone... No line we just waited for 5 mins or so for them to take the order.. overcharged me because my brother and I ordered the same priced item x4 and mine was like 3$ more but I dont want to deal with these kids.. they are on their phone with some relationship drama and have to fully discuss it before taking our order.. I sooo rarely eat fast food and I was busy and was like I havent had del taco for years then... Wow.... Took like 10-15 mins with no other patrons

New to Phoenix I'd never been to Dell Taco & honestly didn't have high expectations. I was delighted with the selection, service, prices, etc. But the food was AMAZING & DELICIOUS. My new favorite taco joint for sure.

I ordered directly from their app, and after 4 drivers all informed me they were already closed at 9:30 pm, they took the money from my account and still have not gotten a refund almost 2 months later... its asnine that i cant contact the location, and get my money refunded or my order. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION!!!Edit: I have tried contact us I have tried the website I have tried calling the store directly and none of them seem to actually gain a human being or even a computer that gives a damn the response here is the first time I've heard anything at all back from Del Taco in regards to the theft basically at this point of $43.
Employees are nasty the manager spits on the food when she makes it. The manager disrespects employees as well as customers. The night manager he's very rude also. Saw a roach so big thought is was a mouse.

I went inside to order food.One of the cashier's boyfriend was trying to act tuff and shoulder me twice. Then I get my food and leave and missing part of my order. This place lacks management. I can kinda understand the boyfriends hostility he had to have someone drive him there and he's probably in his 30s and it looked like he had to wear his mom's belt missing the loop in the back. So if he can't figure out how to put a belt on I can't imagine what he can offer an employer. So I guess I would be mad and take my anger out in paying customers too if I was slow.

They changed their menu on the fish tacos, not happy about that. They were good for the most part but I'll have second thoughts about ordering there again because they had the best fish tacos I thought.
