We ordered online, directly from Domino’s website. Location: 51ave Baseline, Laveen, Arizona 85339. 2 medium pizzas $9.00 each. 3 toppings. When we received the pizzas, they were burnt. The bottom was dark, and the crust charcoaled black burned and the toppings, so dry burnt, because the pizza was burnt. I can’t believe they sent this out, delivered, to us (or to any customer). We didn’t use DoorDash or others. When we tried to call the store, it said “this number has been disconnected or no longer in service” We are so disappointed. When we drove to this location to return them, the staff was so unprofessional. 3/25/2024 @ 5pm. So whoever was working that day and was the quality check inspector, should be fired! This is disgusting. The food, the service and the staff. Owners need to reevaluate the people who work for them at this location. Can not recommend.

Waited 1 hour for my order. 30mins for delivery. I live 8 mins away. Food arrived and is hardly warm. Been waiting to talk to them on the phone for 30mins now. Unacceptable!

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight put in my visa debit card as payment method thinking my order was good because got confirmation. After waiting 20 mins to go get my pizza the cashier tells me they don't accept visa gift cards even though the website made me think my order was complete. I ended up having to go somewhere else to find food at late time of night because my payment method was not accepted at the last minute. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I’ve had dominoes for a long time and most of the time it’s a hit and miss on the flavor and service. I can tell you this is probably the best Domino’s order I’ve ever placed and I’m super happy with the outcome. The food was very fresh and hot when it arrived at my house, and the delivery kid was super nice and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience
Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The pizza tracking app said it was ready at 5:30, the delivery guy didn’t even leave the store until 6:15. Got to my house almost an hour after the pizza was done. It was disgusting. Cold. Didn’t have the garlic butter on the crust. Never going here again.

My family and I always have had good experiences from this Domino's. The food is always good. Sometimes the pizza isn't cut perfect but that's okay. It all ends up eaten anyways :) We've received the wrong pizza once but they were able to promptly get that corrected and delivered right away. Thanks for always being awesome!
