I’m not really sure why this place gets so hateful reviews sometimes, I’ve honestly never had a bad experience! It’s not a 5 star restaurant it’s a pizza joint, people need to calm down! But every time I go the staff is usually so nice! Tonight was no exception Alex and Monet (I hope I spelled that right) were so sweet! They are seriously the best ever! I hope dominos values them as employees and id order again just to get customer service like that over and over again! Bravo guys; you rock!!

From the moment I rode my scooter up to the store, and I knew that this place was going to be something that would help me not just in life, but also with my diabetes. I talk to the Alex who is one of the managers. And he informed me that I should apply for the job being a convicted felon of a rather life shaking 4.5 years for Phoenix police taxing me in the face for 10 secs. And the courts having the audacity to consider me convulsing on the ground, resisting arrest. Not being able to land a job anywhere for years. I didn’t think it was going to get hired. Then, Eddy another very heart warming, kind and very understanding manager. Told me to come in for an interview the next day after applying and then even after the interview. He immediately offered me a position and even back me up to upper management to hire me even with my background and medical conditions. I am now part of the 3rd and soon to be first place overall dominos. I can’t think this place in these people enough for giving me a chance and working with my conditions in the background. With me on their team, I plan to use my skills, my techniques and my ideas and of course my customer service experience to enhance, and even improve the performance, not only myself, but after my training everything, I learn help anyone else who like to get hired. So please anyone and everyone who can rewrite your reviews after you come in and see me Augustus Julius. You can call me a JP the front door lobby, cashier phone, taking pizza ordering Person here to assist you in your dinner or lunch needs. Be sure to ask about our many different discount and please do try some of the most amazing, sweet treats, pasta, bowls, bread, pizzas, of course salads and so much more because you know what is Domino keeps saying. We make amazing food for amazing people and we help amazing people become even more amazing with the help of our customers and that you to come on by visitor team walk in with a smile and leave with laughter in a meal that will fill your bellies and then come back again or order for delivery or curbside pick up, the be sure to make sure that you do some review of your experience and I include my team. I ordered delivery and the delivery driver, Charlie, literally threw my food at me and when i asked him if he was going to pick it up, He said nope. He complained about having to walk through the hotel. I called the store to speak with the manager but I have been on hold for 22 minutes... I give up now...unfortunate.

This review is for Janelle, the GM. I honestly can't say enough about my experience. I had an order messed up and she rectified things immediately. She was so sweet, understanding, professional and went that extra mile to make things right. The store is so lucky to have such an awesome manager. Thank you so much. ?
