Worst dry overcooked pizza ever !! The first one was so nasty I drove all the way back to return it. The second one was the same !! Overcooked, dry, hard ... Crooks, they took my money and gave me a crappy pizza. Do yourself and your family a favor and buy a frozen pizza instead. TO TAKE SOMEONES MONEY AND GIVE THEM CRAP!!! When I came back and told you and showed you how crappy the pizza was and then you make the same kind a second time. Either you are stupid or do not give a damn. More likely both. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT DOMINOS....... EAT STALE CRACKERS WITH TOMATO SAUCE ON THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!! The only reason I gave them one star was I had to do that to get my review posted.... Holy crap! Fast, friendly service! Also, great food! Buy a pizza here, and then at Pizza Hut. Open the lid and compare. Dominos wins every time. They're not stingy with their toppings, like the other place!

Found a long hair baked into the dough last night we were disgusted!
The online app did not indicate there were any issues - I placed my order, they took my money and no pizzas - I tried calling several times but just the automated system picks up and no rep - called and waited on hold 15+ minutes before I just hung up - I called a different store to see if there were any issues with this store (the other store answered the phone) and they had no other way to reach them - now I have to drive to the store to see if I can just have my $$ refunded

This is the closest domino's to my house but we're done ordering from here. Routinely the orders take far longer than theyre supposed to. Or the app says theyre done and they havent even started. Today i showed up for pick up and had to sit and wait more than half an hour because they hadnt even started making it. I understand being understaffed, but this is absolutely horrible. Other times weve done curbside pickup and once you check in, they mark it as delivered to stop the timer. Then you have to go in and get it. I wish there was a way to make notes of it in their app but there isnt even a way to make a complaint in the app.

Man where do I start!! I ordered my food around 10ish. Called around 11:15ish, got told driver will be there in 15 minutes. I drove from 7th street and southern!! SOUTHERN!! Beat the driver there, mind you I was doing the speed limit, got there my food had been sitting the whole time!! Got home and had cold pizza for dinner!! My kids couldn’t even stay awake till the food came!! Noooooow let me get on these wings!! They were so dang slimy and undercooked, I might get salmonella poisoning!! This was a waste of time and money. Then they still took my dang delivery fee and I PICKED IT UP!! Where was management when they knew they only had one pizza maker and one driver!! Reading text!! Receipt or when I ordered at 10:14p, and ready at 10:36p! Was picked up at 12a!! They had it just sitting there!!

Customer service was a joke. Messed up my order twice in same visit. I had to pay more than originally planned because of their mistake and had to wait about an hour for them to fix the problem. No kind of compensation was offered as well as no apology given by staff.
