I went in about 5:30am, man I wish I would have not waisted my money or time. I bought a dozen to bring to work! The chocolate donuts are hard seems like I received a day old donuts. Not to mention that it looks like someone just didn’t care how they were packaging my order. I called but received no answer.

Came here at 8pm because I was craving “munchkin holes” only to get a bunch of stale ones! I know it’s 8pm but still, Dunkin shouldn’t be serving stale ones. Also, the young clerk was kinda rude and dismissive.

Says it closes at 9 so I mobile ordered and when I got there around 8:30 they were closed. They should make sure mobile orders should be off.

Came in this morning to get a donut for my son before school. He wanted “bakers choice” which looked like a normal chocolate donut with decorative candy on it (snowman, candy cane etc). They told me it would be $1 more on a donut that is $1. I said fine thinking it was candy. My son tired to eat it and it ended up being paper. Who the hell puts paper on an edible product without saying something. Also felt like I got ripped off for an extra $1.

Very rude cashier and definitely does not know how to respond to customers who are simply trying to tell her she did not take down the right order but that it was okay as long as it’s corrected. Very defensive and so much attitude!

Horrible customer service, lady at cash register, tattoos on her fingers. Cannot ask for what type of box they have for donuts. You will immediately attitude, eyes rolling back at you. . . Looking with disgust as you order you type of donuts. I was trying to see how much I could fit in one box. I guess that was to much too ask for. No customer service skills at all!! Safe to say I will not be coming back.
