My wife and I visited this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time. We ordered coffee, a sandwich, and a donut. Unfortunately, the employees seemed more focused on a young lady with her baby in the back, making us wait for our sandwich. After asking multiple times, we were informed that our order had been overlooked. Due to this experience, we won't be returning. Can't believe you are allowed. Employees to bring their children in why they work and employees to bring their children in why they work an infant baby.

Complete trash !!! I repeat TRASH the workers are rude unprofessional and dirty . I ordered a Carmel macchiato and some how they messed that up tasted like pure sweet sugar was already mixed which was weird . The egg bites were cold and disgusting the bagel bits were soggy . I'm super upset that this was $15 and I got complete trash

Stopped by to get a quick bite, hardly recognized the place due to the remodel which was nice. HOWEVER, I ordered the coffee and bagel bites which were supposed to be $2 but according to the cashier the fact that I asked for my senior discount caused the price to increase to $2.99 for the bites. Not a lot of money but it is the principle of the thing. If you have an advertised deal you should honor it. Especially irritating as I ordered the everything bagel bites and got the plain ones in error.

Ordered ahead 20 min before I got there because I needed to be ready got there and my order was wrong and had to get started on it and still made it wrong!!!!
Pretty fast on the orders ? , but there's days when employees are behind. Drive thru is pretty good on orders, so far I've never had an issue. The place inside does need to be organized and cleaned. Parking ?️ is sometimes an issue since they share the parking lot with other establishments. Some of their items, by the end of the day are no longer available, so you have to order whatever is left over ☕☕ and that really sucks. I do like their rewards app.Parking: Very difficult to find a parking spot sometimes. Also, there's only one parking spot for handicap.
I come here about twice a week upon my kids request not mine! The line always takes forever and its probably because the workers are dancing and practicing their handshakes instead?i personally saw this as i was waiting 10 min for ONE thing! Im lucky if my coffee tastes good.. and when i order ahead sometimes its still not ready when i get there! I give about 15min before i arrive. Whats the point in ordering ahead if i still need to wait? The staff always looks like its their first day? This Dunkin went down when they moved the old manager to another location. Since then, its horrible, donuts are dry and coffee is never right. I rather pay more at starbucks but like i said my kids request donuts since starbucks doesnt have any. Get a new manager and professional staff!

Service was slow, I’m not sure if the associates are new, or don’t understand that coffee and Donuts are for before work and they need to be faster. The priority is the drive through so order ahead of time otherwise you will wait. They have an area for pickup for all of the platforms like Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash. Trash Can was full by front door and the lobby floor needed to be swept up. Parking lot had trash in it as well. I didn’t get a chance to analyze the restrooms for cleanliness however I took pictures of everything I wrote. I order 15 pumpkin munchkins and a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was really good.Parking: There are about 20 parking spots and 3-4 Handicap parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp is at this establishment.

they take way too long at the drive thru ? and on top of that girl on the speaker was annoyed at me, i get that u have rude customers sometimes but treating every customer like they're going to be rude isn't it either. i came yesterday morning too (walk in) and the young man and girl were mocking someone at the drive thru because they didn't like the way something was made.
