This location is the worst! These kids can never get an order right. Then get mad when asking to correct it. Always rude with no greeting or thank you. Customer service does not exist there. Need management to step up and get things back in order!

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered two iced coffees and when I approached the window and they were handed to me hot, I told the employee I needed them iced please. As she rolled her eyes her coworker began to scream that that’s ridiculous because “he read it back” and it must just be too early for SOME people. We simply asked for the drinks we ordered. That’s it. So instead of screaming and causing a scene, just make the drink. It’s embarrassing. Wish I had a store managers number to let them know the service that’s being given out at their store.

Date and time 2/2/2024 at 1:33 PMI went to get donut ! i told the cashier lady can i please have 4 pcs of Dunut and she said what ! And i repeat that again and The cashier lady told me sorry we only sell in half-dozen or a dozen and i believe this is not true ! And i dont think it not fair because maybe some people cant afford the whole box ! Example Homeless or some Junior high school kids!and even me i only want like 1-4 not the half dozen I suggest you should do something or talk with your Cashier i already wrote time and date on top thank you

Got the order wrong, paid for double bacon, didn't get it and the beagle was slightly burned burned and chewy. On the road, so we did have time to get it fixed and they got my sister's drink totally wrong. That she did fix.
Two days in a row they’re available on the delivery apps but immediately cancel the order after accepting. If you’re not available, go offline. By the looks of the other reviews, this location is just bad all around.

The people working 11/14/23 were rude and didn't get my order right at all.
I used the drive-thru to order, and they told me to park in front. It took ten minutes to hand my orders to me! I have never had any experience like this with Dunkin Donuts before. Ignore visiting this location.

Very rude customer service. I placed a mobile order and was given the wrong order. When I gave it back, the manager said that they will not remake the order to the employee. Very unprofessional. The lady at the window was very apologetic and made sure to correct the order.

I don't drink coffee, so I just came for a breakfast sandwich. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich with just cheese and egg. One little slice of cheese was on the sandwich and still cold to the touch! The eggs tasted like plastic. I don't expect much from fast food breakfast, but I do expect a egg tasting, cheese melted sandwich on a cheese and egg sandwich. I usually eat anything on my plate, but I couldn't eat this. I gave it to my dogs! I will go to Starbucks across the street next time!

Great espresso, but the staff always gets my order wrong! Staff at Starbucks never get my order wrong, they don't have the strongest espresso. If they did, I'd never visit Dunkin' ever again.
