I live at Dunkin, they should give me free stuff for advertising. This specific location always gets my order right. Never wait long for my order and the service is outstanding, from the morning crew to the evening crew. When I did eat food at any Dunkin it's average. But the donuts taste wonderful if you're able to get them fresh.

This place WAS my regular stop on the way to work but you can’t count on them having enough staff to handle even opening the lobby. “On the go” means people are in a hurry in the morning, they don’t seem to get it. Online ordered yesterday April 1, 2024 through the app only to find they were in drive through only mode. Nine cars deep? I can’t wait for that during morning commute. I chose to just drive away, sacrifice my $6, and go to Lux later. I’m done. Only in a post Covid world are you not assured to even receive your food order. Lol

I was just asked, during normal business hours, if I thought that it was kind of late to be placing an order seeing as they were about to close. I thought the purpose was to maximize every opportunity to make revenue while the doors were still open. Not the most conducive of ways to warrant repeat business.

Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down the worst donut on the planet. Who doesn’t make fresh donuts? All they do is frost them… gross!

I don’t normally post unless the service or product is extraordinary great or terrible. In this case, the consistency of terrible customer service, not having doughnuts after lunch time AT A DOUGHNUT SHOP, and the overall attitude of not caring how many times they’ve messed up my orders, compelled me to write this review. Hands down the worst @Dunkin I’ve been to. I literally travel several miles away to another city to avoid coming here. Corporate needs to do something immediately bc judging from the other reviews, I’m not alone.

I don’t often post about rude staff, because I know that working in these types of places can be absolute hell. But, the attitude and rudeness from the staff was quite excessive considering we were polite and prompt with our ordering. I understand that working on a holiday can be stressful and frustrating, but that doesn’t give someone the right to be rude to their customers.
