3 times now I've gotten my coffee without coffee in it. I don't mean to sound rude, but the white women that work there seem to either hate me or hate their job. I'm always so polite when I go through the drive through. Tip every time. They're rude every time and aren't putting coffee shots in my latte. It's just weird. I don't understand why. Yesterday morning it happened again, so I ended up going to Starbucks to order a shot of coffee for my drink. I'll never go to this location again. I'll start going to the one on 19th and Union. The people at 19th and union are nice, but it's out of my way. I'll have to just leave earlier. But I'll never go to this one again. They won't care about this review. They hate their job and me apparently.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to,service has been bad multiple times. On our latest visit, we weren't served and the member of staff walked out.My wife also complained she was told management would reach out but never did.Very poor service indeed. Avoid if possible!

Be Gone

I travel, so I get Dunkin donuts quite often. Here I ordered my usual iced caramel craze latte, and I received just milk with some caramel and whip cream on top, pale white, not a hint of coffee flavor whatsoever just iced milk. The guy working there seemed polite and took it back as if he was going to add some espresso but then a shrill woman's voice from the back yelled at him about it having 3 shots already!. So I paid a extra credit card charge for a espresso shot to add in myself. Also, my hash browns were stale like chewy stale and cold.The shrill authoritarian woman working there needs to be fired, so employees who care about customer satisfaction can better this Dunkin.

Fantastic attitude with the staff there. I've been there multiple times because it's on the way to a work site and sometimes they are struggling, whether it's because of the morning rush, or equipment issues (seems to happen a lot or I'm just unlucky) but the folks working there are always personable and fun and quick to make it right with the customer unconvinced by the circumstances outside their (the staff's, not the restaurant's) control. The doughnuts are great, the other breakfast food, and most drinks are just ok - pretty consistent with other DDs. Maybe it's just one or two folks I keep seeing but they are the main reason I keep going back.

Waited over 5 minutes only to be given 2 old crusty doughnuts and plain iced coffee when I asked for mocha and was given sour puss unpleasant and unfriendly attitude by both women working there.I was there today at 11:45am I will never shop here again.They have a now hiring sign....Start by replacing those two.SincerelyHarry

Stopped in on the morning of the 12/23/23. There were a couple people in front of me who seemed to be friends of the employees. No one greeted us. There was just a really awkward atmosphere, I don't know if the employee was stealing food or what, but something fishy was going on. After never being served for 10 minutes and watching the one employee we saw leave, we ended up leaving and going to Starbucks. This place needs a serious overhaul with all new employees. It's obviously got problems.

If your diabetic and constantly need to use that bathroom they will not honor and will not let you use the bathroom I've been here a couple times and I'm diabetic asked them to use the bathroom and they denied it and said that they don't give a f*ck if I need to use the bathroom

This place should be out of business based on the way their customer service is! Down right rude employees who need to loose their job and go elsewhere besides customer service! My husband ordered a 25 count of munchkins told them no powered to please mix the rest…got to the window they handed us two flavors only we said we didnt want them she got extremely mad and said well thats all we have we kindly asked for a refund she got more mad and was so disrespectful! I will NEVER give my money or waste my time with this place again! They clearly hate people and their jobs!!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Not sure what the issue is, but they don't know how to talk to people. Always seem annoyed and almost mad that you wanna order something. Maybe changes will be made, until then I doubt I'll be back.

While not my normal Dunkin' location, and having a slightly different drive-thru layout, I received my drinks very quickly!Was on my way home, and decided to mobile order some coffee. This location did not disappoint. Not sure it was the time of day, or what but it was less than 5 minutes from ordering to getting my drinks. The speed here was incredible!
