One girl who works there is extremely rude, rolled her eyes and snapped at me when i asked for the rest of my order. Made my coffee wrong then got irritated when i asked to have it remade. They had the front door locked during business hours, didn’t even bother to unlock it after it was brought to their attention.

1-Star reviews are allllllll accurate!!!!! Your coffee is tasteless your food item is served either stale soggy or frozen still!!! They refuse to replace it or give you a refund.

The workers are chill and nice but they never have any food or they are missing things to make it. So I wouldn’t recommend ordering online with this location because it will accept your payment but a lot of times they won’t have the item you ordered.

Stopped here for a some donuts and ended up paying over $18 for 6 donuts and 25 tiny donuts holes. To make matters worse, all of the donuts with the exception of 2 were so stale that I ened up throwing them away anyway. So I feel like I paid $18 for 2 mediocre donuts. Never returning here.

I really enjoy this place. Carter and Sam know I am a clean freak so they always offer to wipe the table for me. I would go 5 stars if the proactive cleaning processes were better. I know it is hard in today's workforce to ask employees to do the busywork instead of chilling during downtime.That said, I am very thankful they treat me so well and clean a spot fo me to work from when I come in here. This is one of my favorite DD locations anywhere.
Went though the drive through this morning. The customer service was no existent. The Manager was working drive through and she didn’t say welcome to dunkin or good morning or anything. I placed a medium order20$several items and they cut me off and said total at the window didn’t ask if I would likeAnything else. At the window they never gave me a receipt and their screen showing the correct total Is broken. I tried to go inside to ask for a receipt but the lobby is closed Really a poor experience. If you are reading this formDunkin’ please do something it’s clear the manager there does not care.
