Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I've ever had this misfortune to live near. If you mainly order ahead through the app, I'd find another location. They NEVER made it ahead and you will ALWAYS have to wait for them to make it right in front of you, and even then they forget items AND make them terribly wrong! I never had any of these issues at my other favorite location.The lights never work on their menu board and their entire lot had all the lights out the last time I went. Extremely sketchy at 5:30 am, you can't even tell they're open. I've started walking in instead of drive thru so I could see how my items were being made since I've been burned so many times. Completely empty and nonstop beeping from all the orders coming and and not being acknowledged. I saw my order receipt still sitting there waiting to be started, 10 minutes after placing. The 1 employee finally walked up from the back after almost a full minute of me waiting for service. Then proceeds to rush my order, undercooking all my food and making a mostly ice and matcha powder latte.I'll be finding a better location until they properly train or find better employees.

Had to wait for the girl to serve me while I waited at the counter then I got a dozen donuts and was charged 16 dollars and the donuts were hard and stail and one donut had cream filling and it was so old the cream was green with mold and the only reason I noticed is the rotten taste in my mouth ,ill never go to any dunking donuts ever again

Today wasn’t a good day sobbing all morning as I went to get a coffee and snack before my road trip alone for my state exam amazing coworker opened the window as I handed my method of payment she responded with it’s on US today handed me my items and said your beautiful have a good day thank you made my day mad I didn’t get your name :( we need more workers like this I was having a day but didn’t know her day on the other side but she made sure my day was good

I love this Dunkin. I come here around 5:30 AM usually and the same lady is always working all by herself. I don’t know how she does it but she is always very sweet and pleasant. At 5AM that is very impressive. Get this woman a raise!
