Today was the third time that I ordered online from this location, the first two times they had to replace some items in my order because they ran out of whatever I ordered. Today, I made my online order and when I went to pick it up I was informed that none of the items I ordered were available and to get a refund I'll have to call customer service.How do they accept orders when they don't have anything, they were literally out of doughnuts and all refreshers.

This is a good Dunkin’ Donuts location. Food and coffee were quick and good. Drive thru line moves quickly. The croissant breakfast sandwich is very good.

I have purchased their products of this location many many times I've never been disappointed with anything that I bought here it's always been fresh and as advertised these are very hard-working very very nice people I've never been disappointed when shopping at this location for super donuts and great coffee and other treats yay Duncan

I was very disappointed by this location. They were out of sausage which wasnt the biggest deal, so i asked for double bacon. I was charged for double bacon, did not receive it, and both sandwiches that i got were on the wrong bread. I tried calling several times as i was unable to go back to have the order corrected and was unable to get in touch with anyone. I dont recommend this location.

I enjoy going to all coffee shops Dunkin’ was my favorite, however this trip was not good placing my order I asked for one item employee said “anything else?” Asked for the next item “anything else?” Asked for the next item anything else?” At this point I didn’t even want my coffee or food, but I still paid for my order and politely asked the young man if I could give him some advice. “Next time you are taking someone’s order can you be more patient rather than continuing to ask me ‘anything else’” the employee then turned his back to me with attitude. If that’s the service customers can now expect from Dunkin’ employees then I will just stick with Starbucks at least they are friendly, and patient.Dunkin’ district Management it’s time for you to get involved look at your reviews for this location. Either close them down or correct the issue. Having rude employees collecting your money is not going to help your profit margins.

First time coming to this location and never again . Order ahead and they still didn’t have my order . My hot coffee was not even hot . And still asked me what was on my order . Then I told him I ordered a chocolate glazed and he gave me glazed and when I told him he yelled “god dam” like it said on my mobile order and I told you . Didn’t have a name tag but he was rude. Don’t come to this location

I wanted into this place and it was lack luster. The donuts looked old and picked over. There was only 3 or 4 flavors I walked right outta there.

Recently the workers have been rude and childish. They don’t even try to get you your stuff in a timely manner and they just laugh and make fun of you as a customer as well. Horrible

MY RECOMMENDATION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! READ THESE REVIEWS!!!Stopped for doughnuts and coffee. Used the drive-thru. So the screen isn't linked to your order. It was coming up with something different on the screen. Which of course makes you start to hesitate on what you're ordering.But what the heck I'll proceed to the window. Which I did. Then ask the cashier to repeat my order, since it wasn't showing correctly. She immediately had an attitude.I had ordered a chocolate frosted donut. Why give me one with sprinkles? I didn't ask for them. When I asked for plain chocolate frosted she told me they are no longer on the menu. Since when? I've ordered at 3 other locations across the valley, without a problem. When I told her this she told me I was rude! Oh well, keep your frozen donuts. I can get better ones at Bosa, Fry's, or Safeway.
