Sharing a poor experience at Dunkin. I don’t write many reviews but my experience was so poor I feel compelled to let others know so they can avoid disappointment or dissatisfaction. I don’t drink coffee regularly at Dunkin but we happen to be near one and wanted coffee so we decided to give them a try. Ordered a plain latte. When the lady behind the counter called me up for my order and handed me the cup, it felt really light for a large. I opened the lid and the foam was barely over the half mark of the cup. I immediately told the server (Jess) that my latte was a little light for a large. She looked at it and said it’s the way our milk foams. I was like really, so this is typical for your lattes. Which she said it was. Not wanting to argue I took my lumps. But I asked her what her name was and she said Jess. I asked if she was the manager and she said no then pointed to a woman next to her. I asked the managers name and Jess said it was Ramona I believe. The manager looked at me and I said that I intend to write a Google review about my experience. To which Jess replied okay. No attempt to make my disappointment right and didn’t bother to ask how my experience could have been better. The manager didn’t ask or even say a word. The level of service was sad unfortunately and disappointing. Dunkin’ lost the opportunity to win me over as a new customer. Maybe other locations are better but avoid this Dunkin location.

This place is nonsense, they keep charging my debit card & their response is "we have system issues" our GM will call you back, 3 days later & not 1 phone call. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be purchasing items while you sleep SMH. So far my card has been ran 7 tmes in 4 days....this is how they make a profit apparently, there is a Starbucks across the street, go there instead!negative 100 stars

Don't get donuts often so wanted to grab a treat to bring home, spent $10 on donuts and drove home to open the box and over half of them are not the ones I ordered- and they are ones I would never had ordered (do not like the flavors). I would have much rather been told that there was not enough of what I wanted, and given a different choice than to have my money wasted. Order: 25 ct Glazed donut holes Received: Chocolate, Raspberry Filled, Blueberry, Powdered, and a few Glazed (5/25)
