i go here about everyday to get a small cold brew in a large cup for my husband and i. usually theres a really nice woman named samantha but other times theres this really rude and miserable young hispanic girl probably 18 years old and she acts like she has the hardest job in the world. today i walked in and i asked for my usual, she walks straight to the fridge where they keep their cold brew and slams the fridge door and says “theres no cold brew” like how in the world do you not have cold brew. she made these disgusting faces while saying she doesnt know how to ring up 3 shots of espresso so i say whatever ill just get 2 small iced coffees. i come to get my coffees which tasted like water. please reaccess your employee or get rid of her. she is ruining your business.

I went to the drive-through at about 2pm one afternoon for a donut and coffee and they only had 3 donuts in the whole store and they were the worst ones they make. So I said no thank you and then had to sit in the drive-through until I got to the front of the line...

I ordered some food and my hashbrowns had hair in it, so freaking disgusting!!!!???????????????? dunkin is just horrible!!! I don't even know why I ordered food!!!!
Just don't even waste your time with this franchise. My entire order was completely neglected. I ordered 2 turkey wraps, a medium HOT decaf latte & some hashbrowns. I received a large iced latte ( its already cold as hell at my school which is why I wanted a hot coffee) I received 2 sandwiches.......... and to top it off everything was smashed into the bag.........
