Ana is a gem!!! You won’t find a better bartender in Phoenix. As soon as you walk in, Ana's big smile makes you feel right at home and she is fantastic at making drinks. Whether you want something classic or something new, Ana knows how to make it.But what's really cool about Ana is how friendly she is. She doesn't just serve drinks; she chats with you and makes you feel like you belong. Every time you visit, it's like meeting up with an old friend.Ana's also super organized and pays attention to every little detail. Even when the bar is busy, she makes sure everyone gets served quickly and with a smile. In a world where it's sometimes hard to find good service, Ana stands out. If we are ever back in Phoenix, we will be back without a doubt.

Ana was amazing at the bar. Friendly with such great infectious energy that you were in a great mood with her interaction. Ana made the best tequila old fashion I have ever tasted!

Great indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant in Phoenix for being in a hotel lobby.

Just for a drink. Order 2 $20 scotches. One came with 3 fruit flies. Okay stuff happens. 15 minutes later do not have a replacement drink. Have to get up and ask. This is a renaissance hotel???

This swanky bar and restaurant is situated in the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Phoenix and it’s absolutely beautiful. The vibe is really chill and the decor is divine. Our server was super friendly and expedient, and recommended the perfect cocktail for me when I asked for something citrus forward and not sweet. (The Eastern Sunset). It was delicious and just what I was in the mood for. He also recommended the brisket tacos which we tried and oh my goodness these are the best freaking tacos I’ve ever tasted in my life. The meat just melts in your mouth, and the flavor is outstanding!! So so so yummy ?!!We will definitely be coming to this place again to try other things on the menu. ❤️

Late Lunch stop for us. Casual, yet fancy in hotel entry. Fun people, yummy food.

Given that this is a hotel restaurant, I was expecting it to be a lot pricier, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. Highly recommend the cocktails as well! Delicious!

We've read great things about this place, but visited today and sat in two different sections (island table near the bar, then when we couldn't get anyone's attention there, we moved to the bar). Astonishing that no one could be bothered to acknowledge our presence. We had high hopes, and hope this was just an off day. Today was a complete disappointment. Be better.

It's a pretty noisy place. Drinks are okay, nothing special. Having to find parking for this hotel-restaurant was aggravating.

I had a lunch meeting with a colleague and the waitress Rhonda took nearly 10 minutes to greet us initially. We were a bit surprised it took so long, as they didn't appear very busy. Once Rhonda did come I was placing my order (a cheese burger), and before I could finish my order, Rhonda turned her back and started assisting others behind her. I explained to her kindly that I wasn't done ordering and that I wanted my burger medium and plan with muster, ketchup, and cheese only. I was literally still talking when she turned her back to me to focus on something else. My colleague also wanted an extra side of ranch with his order. It was obvious that she wasn't listening or paying attention to us and she walked off. When our food did arrive, my burger was wrong, and it was very dry and overdone. My colleague also never received his side of ranch that he had asked for. Rhonda didn't check in once to ask to see how our food was. We eventually had to ask another employee for our check after being done for awhile. Overall, we were there for about an hour total, and the service was extremely slow despite them not being very busy. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I'v had in awhile to be honest.

We went tonight on a Friday. The restaurant was essentially empty. They had several staff members. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat for 15 minutes, menus closed and no one had even stopped by to take our drink order at this point. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
