It's a very cute little space and the service is excellent! I will say, I've definitely spent equal money for better quality, but I was not upset at the overall expirience. The black rice is delicious! Definitely reccomend their signature echo tower and the sashimi is very fresh. Unfortunately the sashimi outshined their rolls and we started with the sashimi. We will be back, but just for the sashimi and appetizers.

They are friendly but the ramen is not very authentic and the price seems a bit more expensive than expected. Ramen noodle is just ok, not very fantastic or special. Spicy miso tastes like kimchi soup. Not as good as expectation.

Stopped here for lunch and everything was good. I had the Miso Ramen and my wife had the Echo Special Sushi Combo, which she liked also. There was plenty to eat in both entries. Echo is a small local "Mom and Pop" operation worth trying.
Beware: The sushi was TOO good, I had to ask for seconds. The ramen was huge and spicy which is great! Sometimes places will say they have spicy ramen but this place is not lying!The dine in experience was awesome. The music was really calming and the interior made me feel like I was eating Ramen in Japan.Our server was so sweet! She was definitely easy to talk to and even boxed up our leftovers for us! Too sweet!Really great first experience

This place should not be offering Ramen. I've had Ramen many times in my life and the soup that they have here is not it. I ordered the Spicy Miso, my son had the seafood ramen, and my wife and daughter each had the miso ramen. All bowls were very disappointing. They were flavorless, the miso ramen didn't have pork or any type of meat, and they were all overpriced given that the quality was so bad. I left with a bad feeling that I was taken advantage of because the quality was so poor. The service wasn't great either, I couldn't get a refill of water the whole time. It was also annoying they didn't have kid portions of anything. I really wanted to like this place since there aren't other ramen options close by. Maybe the sushi is good here but I am definitely not going to risk it because the ramen was so horrible. This place should be ashamed, we will not be back. There is no way anyone comes to this place twice.
