I had the street tacos, and my wife had the Raman Birrara. Both are very tasty. Will come back.

This place is epically delicious and the couple who own it are wonderful—support their small business!!I stopped here while in town for a convention—bumped into my coworker who was on his 4th Zaguan lunch in a row! Unfortunately, I got the idea to try being vegetarian this month, so I only drooled over the meat options. (Birria and chile verde, omg ) However, I was absolutely blown away by the nopalitos burrito. [Sorry not sorry to anyone who saw me go full Gollum with that thing walking down the street.] I revisited the next morning for some chilaquiles and cafe de olla, then grabbed a quick jackfruit burrito to take to the airport. Did I eat here 3x in ~24 hours? Yes. Would I do it again? Absolutely yes.HOT TIP: Bring a colleague here for a low-key lunch beer.Vegetarian options: Nopalitos (prickly pear cactus leaves); jackfruit; breakfast options with eggs

Great little Mexican place. I ate a ton of places downtown, and this was by far and away the best place. A must if you like authentic Mexican good.

I've eaten here several times ordering different things and tbh I really don't think the food is all that great. I find the food overly salty and the tacos are tiny. My most recent visit I had the taco lunch special and I am still pretty hungry.

Small, standard looking. Great food, though, and the service was excellent. Friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

The prices are higher than listed on the menu given, so price was a bit of a shock. You buy the four tacos meal but are charged an extra $0.50 per taco. The asada was overly salty and birria tasted like tuna, but fish taco was good!

Some of the best Tacos Al Pastor I’ve ever had!! (And I’m from México).I stopped in after a break from a show we’re helping with in town. The service was quick, friendly, warm and welcoming! The interaction with the workers was sweet and genuine. The tacos were absolutely delicious and like the ones back home! The horchata was also super tasty and savory! It felt like I had a small slice of my pueblo, back home.

Absolutely delicious! El Zaguán Bistro now serving tamales. Made daily w/ fast and excellent service. Warm your bellies this winter with fresh tamales. And as always, the restaurant is clean and welcoming.

Stopped in randomly as I was craving a breakfast burrito and little did I know I was about to have one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. Absolutely amazing flavors and the perfect balance of all the right ingredients.
