For one the food was very expensive I bought the Cheeto asada fries nasty it tastes burnt I called them to let them know the food was not good they asked me to come back and that they'll switch it out I get there and the girls start acting rude as if I'm begging them or asking them for free food and they wanted to charge me again f no I do not recommend this place food is not good not even the horchata

I love filibertos, but this experience was awful! Everything was either burnt, or sitting all day, or overly salted. Taco salad had NO MEAT (paid extra for meat) and full of water/moisture. My California burrito, ugh! The meat had been sitting around all day, salty, dry, NO FLAVOR! The tortilla was burnt. I'm so frustrated, just wanted a decent dinner and I ended up wanting to throw up. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN.

Stopped here on my way home from work after a long day orderd a shredded beef toco salid and a shredded beef green chilli burrito and a California burrito it was the worst Filibertoes I've ever eaten !The toco salid had no meat at all it was soggy just lettuce Pico and beans the shell was burnt ! Both burrito's were burnt , They gave me pork instead of beef ! And soooo salty you could barely eat it! Total rip-off of 40.00 stay clear of this place ! 19ave glendale way better!!

I purchased an order on Friday February 16 at 10:41 PM. The beans were burn and tasted really bad. I called in and left a message but nobody called me back. I called again couple minutes later spoke with a young female that stated her manager Arturo would call me back. Till this day no one had called back. I went today in person and spoke with a female at the drive-through. That stated my information was not written down so they cannot do anything about it until I hear from Arturo very bad food and service.

We picked up DoorDash here and we spent a $100. Hewe bought all sorts of Mexican food here. It's so delicious. Did it for the whole family? Thank you very much. We will come back for more. Hopefully get a free meal too.
After a long day of attending a family funeral, and then spending time after services honoring the loss of our loved one with family we decided to stop at 35th and Bethany home road to get something simple and easy to eat since most places were closed around 11:30pm-12am. The food tasted wonderful up until I went to take the last 3-4 bites, I got a chicken bowl with everything on it and got cheese added to it and my husband got a number 20 combo one enchilada and one taco with rice and beans.. spent about $32 here and after getting to our place we are staying at while in town for the weekend I went to finish my Chicken bowl and felt like something was stuck in the back of my throat tried to swallow and it didn't go away so I went to the restroom to look in the mirror. And what do you know I seen something skinny almost like a thorn sicking straight out so I reached into my mouth to pull it out and thought maybe it was a piece of Cilantro but no it was a tiny metal piece of wire! This location will no longer get my business I could of had it lodged in farther than what it was and would of ended up in the ER, but thank God it didn't and I was able to get it out.

I ordered the carne asada fries with hot Cheetos for my kid and the portion was a joke $15 for a a handful of fries are you kidding me...self serve soda fountain not working and there is an extra fee for condiments like hot carrots $2.70 to be exact..won't be coming back the owner needs to step up and switch cooks
