First time at fired pie and I will have to say I'm impressed the food was great and the service was even better the staff was very respectful and for a younger crew my hat is off for the experience we had... thought by the size of the pizza I wouldn't be filled up but surprisingly it was the perfect amount we had the garlic cheese bread as well which was enough for 2 and the cookie and ice cream was dessert delicious

I placed an online to-go order Sunday afternoon, 3 pizzas & 2 salads. There was 1 girl working and only 1 other human in the place. She was not busy & not friendly at all. The grossly overpriced $10.50 each abysmal excuse for salads (one pictured here) had brown wilted romaine lettuce, one had walnuts which I didn't order, neither had dried cranberries which I did order and the other toppings were scarce. The amount of lettuce alone was disturbingly small. The margarita pizza pictured here had some nasty brunt crap all over one side of it, very few diced tomatoes and no basil. The other 2 pizzas were overcooked. After discovering all of this after I drove the 20 minutes home (this was my only error) I quickly picked up the phone to voice my grievances & dismay. The same delightful (absolute sarcasm) worker answered the phone and could not have cared less. She was dismissive, unapologetic and said there wasn't a manager for me to speak to so she would get her supervisor. She quickly came back and said they were not available and took my information saying me the manager would call me the next morning. It is now a Tuesday evening and nothing. The worker's tone and responses were so rude and off putting - she literally could not have cared any less. So on top of it being the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Fired Pie (or anywhere in a very long time) it was also the worst food I ever had the gross displeasure of receiving and topped off by a lack of follow up from management. $60+ down the tube - beyond disappointed!!

We had a great time eating at the Fired Pie! My wife had some allergy concerns and the staff were very courteous and helpful to make sure that she was going to be safe. The atmosphere was amazing and the cookery was excellent. The manager on duty, I think her name was Larissa. She was over the top helpful! I recommend the sun dried tomatoes!

I had a great experience at Fired Pie today!!! Larissa and her crew were welcoming the minute we walked in the door with a smile on her face! I came to this location a few months ago and it was terrible service. WOW!! What a difference! Larissa went above and beyond to make sure my food came out perfect!! She nailed it!! Order online for a buffalo chicken pizza. Dough was a bit undercooked and there was hardly any chicken on it. Counted 10 one inch cubes across the whole pizza. Flavor wasn't bad but not really worth what I paid.

I ordered two pizzas online and my son went to pick them up, the store was closed so he came home. I called and the person I spoke to said the computers were down so they had to close. I said I paid for two pizzas please refund me. He said he had to talk to a manager, got my number and said he'd take care of it. $30 hit the card next day and no refund in a couple weeks. Disputed with my CC company, very shady bet I wasn't alone. Do not go, USED to be a fan.
