I ordered online and ate in and they were very friendly. I prefer the chicken meatballs over the standard

Been here multiple times, love how they support firefighters. But, I have to knock stars off. The food is consistently good, but the sodas are consistently low enough on the syrup that it tastes like soda-flavored sparkling water. Might be a hit in Europe, we're not there. Service is generally good, but today specifically it was generally sleepy and unenthusiastic. Pretty sure just the one guy, the rest have been good, so only a star off.

Can't accept bills larger than a $20 (ridiculous) In order to purchase my lunch totalling $33.85, I had to walk to Smart and Final buy a Baby Ruth, so I break my $50.Get with the times Fire House, your policy is lame and a huge inconvenience for your customers ?

I purchased a tuna sub from this fire house subs, there was literally no tuna on my sandwich, there was hardly any toppings, mostly bread, never going back !

Never again will I go to this place. The sandwich had barely any meat on it and barely any veggies. Not worth 15 bucks at all! Also no flavor for the cheese steak tastes bland.

I used to go here often and wanted to go here one day after work and it was a 20 minute wait to just order your food… wasn’t packed at all or anything. this is obnoxious and no one wants to wait for that. do better & be better.

Went to redeem the T-Mobile deal and were told to order it through the app but the app kept saying the code was expired even though it was not. We asked Chrissy if she could assist us. She stated she could not and it was not their problem but they were aware since it had been happening to others. We asked since we can show her that it is not working can they honer the deal since it was a error in their app. She said no and refused to assist and even raised her voice and walked away from us. I understand it was not her fault the app was not working but good customer service means you take care of the customer or offer something to help. She stated the manager Paul told her not to allow. He was not there to speak with. Disappointing.

I read a news article reporting that Firehouse subs had the best meatball sandwiches in the country. I ordered two subs from them, one for me (a "New York Steamer" sub") and one for my wife (a Meatball sub). My sandwich was loaded with fat on the pastrami, the bread was the same texture and taste as a hot dog bun, and it was lukewarm, as though it had been microwaved to heat it, although the menu picture looked as though it was toasted in an oven. My wife's meatball sandwich was bland in flavor, with the same unsatisfactory bread as my sub. We both had a miserable experience ordering a meal from Firehouse Subs. I suggest you order your meatball sub from either Oregano's or Subway or Jimmy John's. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck than ordering from Firehouse. The two subs I ordered cost me $22, a waste of my money, for sure. NEVER AGAIN!
