So I went back in with the old maple syrup and asked for the real one and they had to literally scan through every order to verify that I actually paid the up-charge before giving me the maple syrup I paid for while I stood there with my food getting cold.Also, I ordered my eggs over medium and what I got wasn't even cooked enough to be considered over easy.I'm generally a very understanding customer, but this is not the kind of service I'd expect after paying $17 on one meal with a 20% tip. Will not be returning.

Extremely disappointed by this location! Placed an online order for 2 meals, one meal I added a side of bacon. When I picked up the order and checked the bag, I did not notice the side of bacon being included. I did see a small black container that normally contains condiments such as sour cream, as I was approaching the waitress stand I notice it had about 1/4 a piece of bacon crumbled inside. I asked if this was the side that I ordered. I expected to have a couple of pieces of bacon. The hostess said the side is for crumbles. No where on the online app states that the side of bacon is for crumbles. The manager came up and gave me another small black container of crumbles. I requested 2 pieces and they said no and refused to refund my money and take back the crumbles.

I had just finished a hike and wanted to try a new place. A friend recommended First Watch and I was pleasantly surprised. My chickichanga was absolutely delicious. My server Veronica was on her game and was very attentive with drinks and ensuring that everything was perfect..... despite being busy. I will soon return.

Plus, they have healthy options and decadent ones as well.Unfortunately, the service wasn't great at this location. I'll probably still return because it's the best option in the area. Just be prepared for subpar service.
