“I ordered 5 guys through UberEats and the order was stolen. UberEats refused to help me so I called the store directly. Anesha was wonderful! Not only did they remake our order, but they put a $10 voucher in our bag. The food was amazing as usual. They went above and beyond provided excellent customer service when UberEats refused and hung up on me. Thank you so much!“
“Great food and great people. The staff are incredibly friendly, like to hold conversations, and are very funny. Nick L. is one of the best workers there too. He’s fast and efficient, and definitely a great employee. The food is made with care, it’s not sloppy and is overall a good casual dining place. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The restrooms are very clean and always smell fine. The soda selection is huge and the cup sizes are perfect.“
“Ok so this is the best burger you can get at a chain burger joint. 5 stars for the burger and 7 stars for those Frys!!! 37 stars for those milkshakes. So why 4 stars? Because I can't give it 4 and a half. It is a bit pricy and they won't cook you're burger well done if you, like me, just like a crispy burger.“
“Wonderful customer service by the staff. The girl who took our order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The guy who gave us our food was very polite. Food was hot and fresh, cooked/prepared perfect. These folks seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It has been tough since 2020 to find good customer service in food- I was so surprised and we enjoyed our dinner because of it. The place was also very clean! A big thank you to the staff!“

“Not sure what people want bacon on a burger loaded with sauce and a salad on top of meat ? people that’s who. I got a double cheeseburger with fries and it was the just how I remember. The best burger you can get. And the fries are always my favourite way better then in n out another place I don’t like overrated and no meat i dont understand how people like that place it’s just awful. Five guys is my go to spot for a burger. They know how to make it the way you want. And the service was very good! Well run business that’s for sure. I will be back!“
“First experience at a Five Guys. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I had the little bacon cheeseburger which was delicious. Patty was juicy and not dry. Fries were delicious!!!! Cooked and salted perfectly. Will definitely come back.“
“Great tasting burger. Exceptional fries. Double burger tends to fall apart easily though. Would rather the cheese spaced out on each patty than have both slices in the middle. But they do that so they can wrap it and bake it to finish without the cheese sticking to the outside of the foil before the other ingredients are applied. (I assume), but it makes the burger fall apart. So please try and figure that out differently. There's 5 of you, come up with something.Feels a bit expensive. Though delicious and the ingredients feel quality (for what is basically categorized as a step up from fast food... good food, quickly). I also like that mushrooms are included as an option without an upcharge, and there's free peanuts to eat while you wait. Then they give you an irresponsibly large amount of fries for a small price without skimping on the salt. All that costs money. I get it. But 12 bucks on a double when I get a 3 by 3 from In N Out for $5.45 feels like self sabotage.Though... I do keep going back.“
“Five Guys is a really unique place. This was my first time there and it didn't disappoint. The food is the best. I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger, fries and a coke. The burger was awesome. And big! I had the works, mushrooms, onion, tomato, cheese oh and the fries yummy! While we waited for the food we ate peanuts and enjoyed the atmosphere. The place is red and white too .EVERYTHING is red and white!! It is a really cool place , simple with a comfortable feel. Definitely a must go kinda place.“
