For a rooftop bar, this has a great view of the city with a view from three sides of the building. As you would expect, drinks and food were moderately pricey. They also automatically add gratuity to your bill with no heads up. We got two drinks and two apps to share and the total was nearly $100 although the food and drinks were VERY good!

We were only there for drinks. A drinking only portion when making the reservation for a table would be super helpful so we can get a better seat. Overall good experience though. Good drinks. Service could have been quicker, our drinks sat in the window for a while. We will be back.

What an amazing view. Love this old building. They have a cute character piece that's fun. Amazing views. Drinks are on point. The inside is classy kind speak easy feel. Didn't eat so can't say anything about the food.

I love going to rooftop bars and had a good experience here. The view was pretty great although would have been better if the building across from it didn't block some of the view. But it's a great view nonetheless. I got one drink and it was really good. Price was $15 and I was surprised at such a fair price for a rooftop drink. However they do charge 18% gratuity and then there is the food and beverage tax. So it does get closer to $18 a cocktail. But it was good. Service was friendly and I actually really like the seating set up here. Like one long bar so you can get a great view.

The first time I visited Floor 13 they wouldn't let us in despite almost half the patio being vacant. So I bought into the hype. It is a super cute venue with all the potential in the world, it just falls short. The food was good, but vastly over priced for what it was. Drinks were good, but again, Phoenician prices at a Hilton. Music was nonexistent on Saturday night so this totally vibey place lacked a vibe. Service was attentive.

Very bad experience. From service, to drinks, to food. Our waiter hardly checked on us, we had to ask to remove dirty cups/plates, and for other rounds, there was 30 minute where we had to wait for our cocktails, the food is not worth the price. The cocktails were watery overall Very disappointed I had high hopes from videos I seen on Tik tok. Definitely not worth it, wish we chose different place to celebrate my aunt 50th birthday!

This place is awesome. Beautiful views of the city and on a cool night, they got you covered with heat lamps. Try pork tacos, come in 3 but they're pretty small. I love them and ordered more. Best part of the experience was my server Mishel. Her suggestions on the menu and knowledge of the drinks were epic. Mishel was also very attentive to all her customers and always came to check on me with a smile. Will be back because of staff, food and awesome views.
