One star is too many. I just received a bouquet sent to me by my mother-in-law for my birthday. I texted her to thank her, and she made sure to point out she knows my actual birthday is tomorrow since they were delivered a day early (she wanted to make sure I would be home). I told her I knew, although my husband and I were confused when the delivery came with a "Happy Easter" balloon (despite the fact that the card the shop included said Happy Birthday, so they knew the occasion)....read full review

There should be a zero-star rating on Yelp. The flowers I received for my birthday died within 24 hours. I called La Ocasion, and I was assured I would have a fresh bouquet that day. I did not receive them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this so-called flower shop: horrible flowers and customer service.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero stars. The $400 flowers that were supposed to be delivered at 9:30 on 12 Feb. for my brother's funeral services, were 4 hours late. FOUR!! I can't even believe that something like this could happen. I placed my order through 1-800 Ava's flowers. I was told twice that the flowers would be delivered on time, "no worries", she said.
