Decided to try Gojo with a group of vegan friends when we were recently in town for a wedding. This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall type spot that isn't the prettiest to look at, but the food definitely makes up for it. We all got the vegetable sampler and every item on the plate was fantastic. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!
I've visited this restaurant several times with different people. All have enjoy the Ethiopian food. This last visit was with a friend and this was his maiden adventure at Gojo and was a little apprehensive about eating with his hands. He initially used a fork but then moved to his hands. My favorite Ethiopian restaurant. Food is seasoned to perfection, meaning not too much or too little and is flavorful - I got the lamb meal and it was in good portions to with delicious greens if I’m not mistaken. I like Messob in Los Angeles a lot especially for their Taj but this place is my favorite Ethiopian restaurant by far.
