One of my very favorite sandwich shops. Their bread is ALWAYS fresh and soft. Not once have I been handed a crusty load like so many other places. Fresh sliced meat and fresh veggies are consistently solid. And one of my favorite things about Goodcents is how they set up party subs. I love the condiment caddy with the little bottles of mustards, mayo, oil, and vinegar. And the try of veggies on the side is perfect.

I stopped by Goodcents to redeem my Birthday 6" Italian. I met with a small but upsetting problem with the app, but the Manager Eric took the time to help me using the app that I downloaded last week. The food is the best in Phoenix for subs, the atmosphere is always clean and bright. The service is always great. What impressed me the most upon this visit was the way the manager went the extra mile to assist with using my app to redeem the sub. Thank you Eric. You have revived my faith in good business practices!

I was there on 12/26 at 7 pm and had the rudest girl employee. She was so aggitated by making my sandwich that she had to pause roll her eyes and have a moment between every item I ordered on my sub. Not to mention told me to tell her all my subs at once and said she could remember but messed up every sub and even threw all the spinach off the sub and back into the container because I told her mustard after the spinach. Poor guy who had to work with her was new and she was so disrespectful to him so you will be lucky if he stays I would of much rather him helped me then her!! Horrible customer service its just not for some people or her.

Disgusting chicken cheesesteak sandwich. Thought they had a grill, but apparently not. Same nasty chicken for the sandwiches put in the microwave and nuked with cheese. One of the worst sandwiches ever.
Drove up to get a sub . Gurl was standing in the lobby smoking! I couldn’t believe my eyes won’t be coming back here anytime soon place has really gone down hill

Whoa. Major food cross contamination! On Nov 27th, I watched this man behind the counter prepare my meal with gloves, as normal, then cashed out another customer, handling dirty cash and coins, then proceeded to make the next person order without changing gloves! All that MERSA and other germs on money, just gross. Nasty. That's how one gets sick unnecessarily. ?
