I hate to post this review because I actually love their food BUT the biggest takeaway from this particular experience is that it was on a Saturday night. DO NOT GO HERE ON THE WEEKEND WITHOUT RESERVATIONS (not even sure they take reservations). We put our name on the list, wait went past scheduled time and others that came in after us were being seated. Hubs went and questioned the delay and to verify they had the right number to text when our table was available. Waited another 20min (over an hour total) and saw more folks who showed up way after us being seated. We had to leave for our show but when we confronted the hostess about our frustration, she responded with “we texted you 3 times” come to find out, she typed in the number wrong and even when hubs went to Che k in and verify his number, clearly she didn’t even look or verify! Theres absolutely no excuses for that! Don’t go here on weekends! It’s so crazy the staff can’t even keep things clear/take the time to verify information…then blame you when you don’t get the notification…WHAT?!

One of the best Sushi restaurants in Arizona!I’ve loved Harumi since they started out in the small building across the 1st from their current location and love seeing what they have grown into! The sushi at Harumi was well worth the wait back then, and I was happy to see that menu has mostly stayed the same, with the addition of some elevated cocktails!The new location, is gorgeous and upscale. And while much larger, you’ll still find a bit of a wait because of how amazing the food truly is at Harumi!The staff at Harumi was also some of the best I have seen in and around the Phoenix area! Everyone was so amazing, nice and took care of us!I can’t wait to come back for more!

Only place for good ?. ? My favorite is the Oh My God roll. If you want spucy, try the habanero roll. The new location is more roomy and beautiful. ? (Sorry, I have been here so much. The sushi was just okay. The amount of flies and gnats that kept landing on our food was concerning. The bathroom was very dirty. The service was good but this restaurant has hygiene issues.

This place was POPPIN on a Monday night! Amazing service, super attentive and very quick getting the food. My spicy tuna roll and unagi nirigi were delicious! Also tried the Mt. Fuji roll which was good.

The service and atmosphere was amazing. The sushi is pretty good. I recommend the dynamite roll. Maybe it’s just Colorado sushi but this was good not amazing like the other reviews say.
