Cathy the owner is super friendly. Staff as well. The food is addictive! A green chile or Red pulled pork breakfast burrito is AMAZING! Have to get a few extra salsas for a few cents more but it is worth it! I'm salivating just typing this review up. Must try! You won't be disappointed! You'll wonder why you didn't come here sooner.

The BEST breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time. Hatch-it truly brought all the flavors and packed them in. My husband and I couldn’t get enough! On top of that, it’s family-owned and operated and the service was top notch. I definitely recommend this place!

More people gotta check this place out! Delicious, fresh food and friendly staff. And bonus if you need to stock up your home bar. My husband got the burger which was the size of his head and had the freshest ingredients, bun was divine and they clearly spare no expense with produce. My burrito and sauces were equally delicious and fresh. Cant recommend enough!

I got the hatch Burger. I thought it was very tasty until I had two bites of pure seasoning. That was a very horrible taste. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is Cafe Style, the establishment is nothing fancy but clean. I thought it was expensive for a burger.
Reminds me of our old country store except they serve up delicious green chile food. The burger and tacos were amazing. Gotta try

Oh my goodness. Delicious!! We got small portions of several since it was our first time there. The stew, parole, green taco, santa fe burger and green chili beef were ALL DELICIOUS!!! WE'LL BE BACK. Course next time we'll get the hot chilies on the burger as we didn't feel the heat with Med.??They even have fresh green chilies to buy. Nice touch! We were so hungry we forgot to photograph the food. ?????
