Tacos where cold the burger felt like it was sitting out, then when I asked for it seemed like they just reheated up. I know it's fast food but don't mean your supposed to give someone reheated food ? the restaurant was empty with someone else dining in with eating already. So I don't see what's the problem is

It had been a very long time since I had been to Jack in the box, I ordered a Fajita Pita & was pleasantly surprised how it was filled with lettuce & tomatoes! Thank you Jack for surprising this customer.

I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins before I finally was up to order. There was only three cars in their parking lot and three cars ahead of me, they were not that busy so I feel like that long wait was unnecessary. Because of the long wait, when it was finally my turn I rushed to place my order and pulled up to the window. And because I rushed ordering I forgot to tell them that my child wanted meat and cheese only on her kids meal burger. The response I got was, "it's already made." I was surprised at that response. I told them "well, she won't eat it like that so can I please have it plain". And they told me that I would have to pull in the front and wait even longer. There was nobody behind me so I don't understand why I would have to pull into the front and wait even longer than I already did. 20+ mins for 2 burgers at a drive through had me annoyed by this point. I would be more understanding if this restaurant was busy...but there was not many people there at all. I just canceled my order and left. Waste of my time.

Great service and food. I use to eat there several times a week before they doubled their prices recently. Most expensive fast food in Phoenix now.. all while new comp is being built next to them. what a fail.
Myself and another Veteran always go here after our Rec Therapy classes together, before I give her a ride home from the V.A. across 7th street from this Jack in the Box. We order online, for pick-up, to use our discounts. Then we just go in and eat, everything we need is in our bag. We've become *Regulars. Just be *Aware: you are right across the street from a Huge Veterans Administration, Hospital, Clinics...a few of the homeless Veterans do come in & out of the restaurant. Sometimes they come in to charge their phones or do work on a laptop they bring in. ALL OF THEM Vets deserve your upmost respect and gratitude. No Nasty Comments, Unnecessary! They are where they are today for going over to fight for freedom and then get treated like Vietnam Vets did when they got home, Shameful! Sorry, running off the rails here. If you see a homeless vet just say hi to he or she, acknowledge their existence. That's all.
