The service here is horrendous I literally sat at the drive through line for 30 minutes before someone could take my order I was told to “hold on” several times during this wait. This would be ok if they were busy but there was nobody else in the drive-thru line in front of me and there were several people inside the building after 1030 pm in plain clothes just fooling around not in uniform so I don’t know what was going on in there but clearly service was not important

I don't expect perfection anywhere especially a fast food place, but everytime we come here they screw up. Doesnt matter if theyre busy or not. Doesnt matter if we order ahead or go through the drive thru..

Why do I need to wait in the front when nobody is behind me just so I can meet their wait time? It doesn’t make sense. It’s ridiculous that we have to park in the front just so that your employees can meet times in the drive-through lane.

They can't ever hear out of the speaker... always messing up orders.. always takes forever for anything besides tacos.. literally 12mins in parking lot with 2 other cars waiting.. for a regular meal... and you guys want 15$ an hour? Oh BTW no receipt so I can't even make a real complaint on website.. got my food and was told next tike ask for the exact thing I mentioned at window...was told coupon doesn't apply to CHEESE added... yea we'll I asked for it extra $ and I would of known had I had a receipt! They need a complete redo.. being nice to people doesn't fix the F ups

Sometimes the store is open, and when you arrive the drive-thru the employees with the headsets don't respond and don't take your order on purpose. The food is either overcooked or left to sit in the warmer. Lots of homeless all around, and theres always an incident happening ?
