System was supposedly rebooting at a random time told us we had to do a mobile order but app didn’t allow it at that location. Then they had a car ahead of us waiting on food but kept us stuck not able to get out and thought it was funny. Horrible service

If you happen to be a person of Caucasian ethnicity, I don't recommend going to this location. The entirely Hispanic staff (which I'm pretty sure is a professional, ethical, and legal no no) barely looked up and didn't even bother to greet me and my 3 year old son, when we walked through the door. They we're preparing food with no gloves (a health code no no). No one bothered to step up to the register and take my order, once I decided what I wanted. I must of stood there at least 10 minutes, while those racist pieces of garbage just stood there shooting me dirty looks. The only other people there were family and/or friends of the staff. One of them was mopping the floor. One of their little girls was harassing my son while we were waiting for our order to be taken. He was squeaking excitedly and kicking his legs (it's an autistic thing). The little girl kept standing in front of him, and yelling "NO". Her idiot parents didn't bother to correct her. I got tired of waiting and I left. I told the staff they need to take a customer's order when they are standing at the register and quit screwing around. Obviously, I was pissed. The way we were treated by these people was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If they really hate serving white people that much, they are clearly living in the wrong damn country.

This review is less about the food and more about the service. Miguel was awesome and no matter what he’s making at the moment he deserves a raise! It seemed he was working with just one other person and had a HUGE line, but was still pleasant and quick to make each order in between taking new orders. I do think this shift needs more than one person and felt bad. The line was so long because of this (I want to say upwards of 30-40 minutes) but he did amazing with a genuine smile on his face and I’m sure it wasn’t easy. Thank you!

Seriously, don’t waste your time. This is probably the worst JITB I have ever been to. Might not be so bad if they charged 50% less than a good JITB. It’s expensive now and to pay this much for trash is incredibly insulting. The Bacon Double Jack is $8.50. Never mind that it was old, cold with a stale bun… THERE WAS NO BACON! Want a Classic Buttery Jack? No, you get the bacon one without the toppings (probably because someone ordered it an hour earlier and never picked it up). Tacos? Want some tacos? Hopefully you like the soggy texture of wet cardboard stuffed with cold soy-meat blend. They couldn’t even get the egg rolls crispy. Stupid or just lazy?

Unbelievable was in there Dec3rd at 840am order coffee and hashbrown and then said had a coupon right then she had attitude go to the window right away she said where's the coupon wow no good morning nothing then she wouldn't give me my coffee 3 minutes later I received my food and coffee don't understand coupons are your business and job really didn't expect attitude for doing your job and the kicker she gave me wrong item on purpose probably has a Manger this is unacceptable shame on you lady and Jack in the boxHappy holidays may your gift be a better attitude
