Nice store, great products, but staff were laughing and cursing at god knows what the whole time - dont think they realize how loud they are either, it was really obnoxious and uncomfortable. By all means have a good time at work, but at least keep it professional when people are in your lobby.

The girls working on Friday night were great. I was that guy that came in when they were mopping the floor. I felt terrible about it ? they were sweet and made my juice without giving me grief. Thanks for making my dinner last minute.

HORRIBLE customer service. A friend placed and order online and Azel was terrible, he had an I don't care attitude. He looked at the computer and said that there was no order under my friends name and suggested it was at an other location. We had a confirmation number and or the location, I gave it to him ( I believe he wrote it down wrong) tried looking it up and nothing. Had an tone the entire time. Asked to see a screen shot, showed him that. With every question he asked had an attitude and tone. His customer service was terrible. I am a manager of a business and that type of action would not be permitted in my office. I would recommend looking for a much friendlier person and better skills.

Always come here for my morning greens. Lovely place to come by get a drink or smoothie with a bite to eat. Parking is a little crowded but customer service makes up for it inside. Great staff here great environment!!! Thank you for serving me Jamba!!!

If I could 0 I would. I don't understand how you make something this disgusting and give it to people. I ordered a chunky strawberry and I got an overly ripe banana as a topping and the entire bowl tasted like I was eating peanut butter straight from the jar. The taste of peanut butter overpowered everything, I couldn't even taste anything else in the bowl including the fresh cut fruit on top. To sum it up. The workers don't care nor get paid enough to care and so you pay your few extra dollars to spoil yourself just so you get gross food and waste everything.

Having 1 person working Sunday morning shift is crazy and not fair to the employee who was doing a great job or to the people having to wait 20-30mins for a smoothie!!!!!Do better, owners here own several Jamba Juices and they can easily afford to hire more, but choose to save money VS respecting your time & employees sanity.
