all their fruit for the bowls has mold in it they just pick out the moldy ones from the carton but if you know anything about how mold works all that fruit is affected by the mold. dont eat their bowls.

Bro? I paid $12 for this? Do you know much fruit I can get with $12? Dude? Actually almost ruined my day; The strawberry surf smoothly was great, kid with the happy face sweater made it, but the young kid may need some more training, and stop being stingy with fruits that are not his. Let’s bless the people with abundance and not scarcity. If I were Jesus, id be flipping some tables man.

They skimp on the ingredients here. The bowls don't even fill 1/2 the bowl. I addressed it with the server and she said the new management is very strict with the ingredients and she will get in trouble if they fill it more than 1/2 way. It's unfortunate because I order this bowl weekly and suddenly it's 1/2 the amount for the same amount, yet when you look at the picture in the store it clearly shows a very full bowl and ALL of the other jambas fill it to the top. For $12 I should get something that takes more than 5 bites to finish. Additionally they have an ordering problem at this location. They frequently run out of ingredients and still charge you full price for the smoothie with 1/2 the ingredients.

Time Sensitive.. you won’t be able to get any juices post 6pm even if the store closes at 8pm. Great place to work for someone who wants to chill :-).

I made an online order and they wrote me a note: “we ❤️& value you. Thank you for your order. Ps your name is so cute”That note was so sweet it made my day! They also made my drinks quickly which is great.

When I came to Jamba Juice today, I did not expect to be treated with such graciousness and kindness from two fine young men behind the counter. Graham and Cameron made my smoothie with diligence and haste and were both charismatic and quite funny. I hope to see them again when I return, these two workers create a great environment that encompasses what is Jamba Juice.

I ordered pick up before hand because I was exhausted and on my way home. I arrived at exactly the time my order was supposed to be ready. I waited for ten minutes before they started making my smoothies. Then, when they were presented, they had made 2 smalls and one medium, but I had ordered 3 mediums. I pointed this out and they had to remake them. Another several minutes passed. Two of my smoothies were pink, but different orders. So I asked which one was which. There was a disagreement between the employees as to which one was plant based and which one was dairy based (a big deal when you can’t have dairy). The more senior employee gave what appeared to be the final word, but i promptly forgot because they were not labeled. So, a good 20 minutes later (30 after I initially ordered) I walked out with some confusion. There were two people there, in the store, waiting when I got there and were still waiting when I left:I’m wondering whether they are properly staffed.Since the original small smoothies were just dumped into the blender to be made into medium smoothies, I am curious about the consistency.Anyway, I will probably try a different location next time.Or order the ingredients from a grocery store, have them delivered and make them at home, since three smoothies were $30 and it may end up being the same amount of time spent.

one of your employees (leilani) likes to fake having cancer, i don't think that's a good person you would want working for you. it sends a message that that is allowed and it is not. people suffer every day from it and it is not something i would promote as a business.

We went to Jamba hoping for a smoothie 20 min before they closed and the girl shut out all the lights when we were in the store and said they were closed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Small shop but a good service with variety of options for a juice lover. Wish to visit again. I like their plant based options. Staffs are kind and accommodative.
