The environment was great, very efficient, the people working--Noah, Luis, and Joseph--were super helpful, and the store was very clean. I will be sure to come back in the future.

Always good sandwiches! It's one of my top favorite places to eat. I will say this, though....I ordered a sandwich and asked the guy kindly to put NO BACON. when he was done making the sandwiches, I asked him again for reassurance, "No bacon, right?"...he said, "ya, no bacon."I get home to eat lunch with my husband, and boom! BACON ON BOTH SANDWICHES. eating pork goes against our beliefs, and I find it extremely disrespectful that I got lied to, straight to my face...over bacon?!?

Help me and my co worker, but because I oder a different sandwich other then the culb. I was told too sit and wait for the online orders too be done. before I can get my sandwich. 25 min for food And I was there befor the online orders. Never Jersey, Mike. Again Red flags all

I ordered while I stopped in to see if they would sponsor 60 units of in kind donations to the event I'm hosting for the nonprofit I'm an intern for but I have not heard anything from them. Although the sandwich I ordered to help show community support was tasty. I got the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak with a side of bbq chippies. I had my Pricklee Cactus water in the car so I skipped the drink, politely.Everyone working was super nice. It was not busy when I arrived. One person was waiting and several were finishing their food. Bathroom was decently clean. I stopped in to wash the horse smell and dirt off my hands.Whenever I go up north I stop at Jersey Mike's so it was a nice little 'treat myself moment' while I was out doing errands in south Phoenix for my internship. My go to sub is the #26. I have never tried anything else just because I know I like it. That works for me!:)

Unhelpful staff, unhelpful leadership. Today jersey mikes was supposed to be participating in a deal with doordash from 5pm-6pm local time. But “they’re systems all of a sudden went down” and the store started showing as “closed” on doordash right at 5pm. I tried calling and they also had their phone off. So I went in person, the store was not busy at all I was the only customer inside. But all they said was we can’t give the discount you can go to another store (I wouldn’t have made it in time) or pay full price.

I love their sweet tea ? I had their Italian it was pretty delicious, but I would have enjoyed it more with the meat warm, they had placed it on the grill and the cheese melted but the ham was all still cold and the sandwich mostly tasted like ham, also the meat was very thick in the middle and not much on the

The staff here is very friendly and why I gave it two stars. In my opinion this place is dirty. I felt so uneasy about my sandwich after seeing how dirty the counter and floors were I opted to throw my food away after just a bite. Most of the tables were dirty to the point you could tell multiple parties had dined without it being wiped down. I'm not a clean freak but have never seen a Jersey Mike's with so much food on the floor behind the counters and the way the counter looked it appeared to not have been cleaned off in hours. Maybe it was an off day. The staff here is great. The restaurant could use some cleanup. Me personally I won't be back.
