My girlfriend and I love this Jersey Mike's. We play in an adult soft pitch league, and there's nothing we love more than getting a sando after a game. The manager Alex let's us pick and choose our toppings, sides, and breads. I'm telling ya, we look forward to Jersey Mike's more than the games! Every sandwich is like the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

I order pickup from grubhub here. I order ahead of time to come on and pick up and go. The past 5 times these workers, even though today there are 5 ppl in the back AND THERE IS NO ONE IN THE DINNING AREA, they are barely starting on my order?!! I ordered 20 plus minutes ago!!!! I hate waiting and sitting here looking pissed off when there are unphased workers doing nothing. This is ridiculous. And no one thanked me for waiting.Oh and let’s not forget the person that came in after me who got his sub made first!!!! Also there wasn’t a delay in communication as my order receipt was just lying on the cashier counter waiting

We eat here often and our sandwiches are consistently delicious! This afternoon was really busy for them, and it looked like the tickets wouldnt stop printing from orders coming in. I waited 30min past my estimated ready time, but the 3 people working were trying their best to get all their online and walk-in orders done. Seemed like they could use a 4th person for that rush but they handled it well. Thanks so much!

Fresh? Heck yes!!!! I watch them slice the meat fresh to put on my sandwich. The meat is a little skimpy so I'll ask for extra next time. Employees are very friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is a fast food restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and the place is clean.

I called my order in so I can pick it up, and it said in 15 minutes I waited at home for about 15 minutes since I live around the corner and get to the restaurant and it still hasn't been made. WORST costumer service the young lady at the cash register was rude. Never coming here again.

Just came in after work came through the door greeting the workers no one responded back. I can’t hear to well so I was asking the worker to repeat and at one point he laughed at me I apologized and tried explaining g that I had bad hearing. He didn’t acknowledge that. The atmosphere was dull and I had to remind myself I didn’t do anything to offend them so it wasn’t me. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing experience. I love Jersey Mikes and was lookin forward to coming here after work but I wish I hadn’t after a long day of work

Great Subs served with a smile. This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s in the greater Phoenix area. Manager Tyrone was so welcoming and friendly as was his lovely team members Shania and Jerell. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. There’s a variety of subs or skip the fresh baked bread and get it in a tub instead. The Club is my fav. Vegetarian options. Free parking. Fast, Friendly service. Go today. You’ll thank me.

My company ordered 5 sandwiches. They forgot to include mine resulting me in having to go and pick up a missed sandwich after my co worker already went here. Clearly a mistake on their part, what would a normal establishment do? Comp the meal for the waste of my time and gas.Instead I had to bicker and argue with an incompetent employee about how they did me right by refunding my co worker for the sandwich THEY forgot. Somehow in his eyes they were completely right by wanting to charge me a second time even tho I’m the one who had to go back.Horrible customer service, I can’t believe I even had to ask to be comped, having worked in customer service myself for a number of years I would never try to make a customer repay for something I messed up.Word of advice for management. Take charge of your employees instead of having them argue with your customers over a damn sandwich while you watch. As for the employee find a new field because customer service is clearly not your forte.
