I had wait 30 more minutes before they would start my order because they were only serving walk in customer s but yet I wasn't allowed to get in line and ask for my food to be made!! All while the 3 men stood there laughing..including the idiot manager Ben!!

Went in tonight for some yummy food but didn’t even receive greeting for about 3 minutes and the workers weren’t doing anything really but giving each-other looks & then attended me. Food is absolutely delicious every-time I go and the only thing that dimmed this experience for me was the workers being inconsiderate.

Unfriendly employees, barely mumble anything to you or acknowledge when spoken to. However, it was fast and efficient and the sub was good.Not in any particular hurry to be "not welcomed" back in.

Once I walked in I felt extremely welcomed by all staff. One stood out in particular named Alex Quintana. I told him I never had jersey mikes before and he helped me build the perfect sandwich. He was very sweet and patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all.

Jersey Mike's Subs was a great place to visit. There was plenty of filling, taste, and freshness in each sandwich. Both the service and the workers were prompt and polite. The eatery had been kept up and was tidy. For delicious subs and top-notch customer service, it's a terrific place all around. Extremely advisable!

I was here Monday afternoon lunch food amazing but the manager believe her name is Bri bre not sure I’m not sure how a person like her is a manager with such attitude worst experience ever .I went in last night to see if my experience would be different and it definitely was I wanna thank Merna for such a amazing experience maybe she should be the manager with the way she handles the situation I will be in again but to a different location
