I went in around 7ish and there were two gentlemen working that night and the person taking my order had headphones in and I asked for no peppers just onions and he proceeded to put peppers in the sandwich and also was kinda giving off the body language of annoyed plus ride while I was taking my order which to someone who’s worked fast food in the past I see that as being very unprofessional

Overall, this is a great location! I appreciate that they keep it cleaner than most locations. At some other locations, they will hardly ever clean off the board so they make your sandwich right on top of a bunch of juices and stuff on the board. Here, at least when I visited, the board and prep area were very clean!I saw some old reviews that said the place was messy and needed an inspection. I suspect they’ve taken the feedback and changed because as of January 2024, the place seems tidy! Great work ?

Today I had stopped there for a take out lunch. The staff was great and "Patrick" actually recognized and remembered me from coming in there over 4 months ago. The 3 different sandwiches were made excellent and even when I requested different tomatoes on one of the sandwiches, they changed them. The Customer Service was beyond Excellent! This is my "go to" Jersey Mike's Store #9070!! The store was also clean and taken care of nicely. I so recommend this place!

I decided to give this location another shot! I have been scared because of the reviews lol, and my 1st experience at this location was terrible. I came in today and a young man came out to greet me! and the sandwich was made perfect! The young lady that made my sandwich was nice and friendly. I'm hoping this place turns around, only negative is there were 2 employees just chillen in the back on their phones. but that's younger workers these days! only reason for my 4 star review.

As someone who calorie counts, I really love the fact that their website allows you customize sandwiches so you can see what each individual ingredient will add to the the total calorie count. Fun fact, the olive oil blend is 500 calories on a giant sub. As such, I was able to order a giant size Club Sub for just 950 calories (475 calories for two separate meals). I bought a cookie on a whim and the whole meal cost $21.76. The sandwich itself was good and the workers were very friendly and accommodating. There is not a lot of space to eat inside so not really good for groups.

I came here for the first time. I believe this is the location by the Costco. I told the staff it was my first time and I didn't even feel welcomed at all. We came here on August 6th in the morning time. There is a blond girl employee who kept rolling her eyes at us, had a bad attitude, and we asked her questions and she didn't even talk to us. I ended up not ordering anything because they act like they hate their job. Now I know why they don't wear name tags. I get better service at McDonald's.

I had ordered a sandwich on the app (which is easy to navigate) to this location in Deer Valley which was a mistake on my part because I was in Happy Valley. I called and explained and asked them if they could cancel/refund the order and they said yes! I will not be making a habit of selecting the wrong location but the one time I did they were very sweet and understanding about it. They even told me how long it would take to refund (3-5 days) which is nice to know. I hope to make a visit in person there soon! Meanwhile the Happy Valley location where I ended up is good!

Ordered a sub a asked them to put tomatoes & lettuce on it with extra chipotle mayo… Got triple the amount of chipotle mayo no tomatoes or lettuce for a 22 dollar sub.. Fire them all and start over. It should be no reason I can’t get the most simple sides on my sub. Completely incompetent workers atp. Second time this has happened… will not return

We ordered two subs to go, our subs tasted very good! our interactions with employees were not so good. The first person that took my order was pleasant and started making the subs, the next person that is supposed to be adding the toppings was not. When it was there a turn to add toppings, she just stared at me as I engaged and asked her what I would like on my sub, very awkward. Two out of the three employees had AirPods in their ears, seemed unprofessional, and can cause communication issues with customers in the future.

I think they need to learn what FIFO is and a rotation of expired food. The tomatoes and the lettuce looked disgusting. It was not fresh at all you can tell that lettuce and tomatoes have been out for more than the time frame that is allowed on the rotation. Yuk. Also the front entrance door was so dirty. You could see hand prints. Front door and glass where the meat sits and the glass by the chips ..... I think a food health inspection needs to be done. Inspection results are posted for everyone to see. Manager should be stopping in. The lettuce was brown.....
