The deep dish pies are fine and the prices used to be pretty decent, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious! We’ve never encountered a decent or nice person when picking up our order.Most recently we called in an order and paid the same price as usual only to be handed a pizza that was HALF the previous size - the girl a behind the counter simply shrugged and said that the prices may have changed. What!? It’s literally like the Twilight Zone with these people.Keep it up and watch the Free Market decide your business fate. You’ve lost a customer for life. And, I have no doubt that many more will “quietly quit” your business as well.

Residing just 1.2 miles from the Tatum store in Phoenix, I find it unjust that you attempted to charge me $7.99 for delivery. I perceive this as unacceptable, and as a result, Jett’s will no longer be welcomed at this residence.

If you're ever coming home from the airport and a long travel day, order a Jet10 on your way home from Sky Harbor. It will set you right and their ranch is the perfect complement. I don't fully understand the healing properties of a Jet10 but I also don't question it.

Awesome pizza joint! Pizza is made to order but very much worth the wait. Full marks for service and atmosphere because it doesn't try to be something it's not; come in, order pizza, take it home. Delicious.

Food is great but customer service is hit and miss. Our pick up order was wrong so brought it back to get corrected. Staff was very nonchalant and borderline acted like I was burdening them to get it corrected. Zero apology.
Great food and fun service. The seating is very limited so it best to order to go. They have great dessert options.
