This Jimmy John’s location supposedly closes at 5pm. Today is Saturday 1:47pm in the afternoon and this location is closed this is the second time I’ve been here and it’s just magically closed. Will not be returning here ever

Went at 2:40pm on a Sunday. Their hours say open till 5pm. Doors were locked with workers in there making sandwiches. Worker finally came to door and said they are closing at 3pm. I said online says 5pm. He said they close early when they are slow. It still was only 2:40pm so why couldn't we order sandwiches?

I work down the street and I come here often. Let me tell you, the employee, Sage, is a Godsend! She is the MOST sweet and vibrant woman ever. She has always greeted me with a warm welcome in, and she has always has such a positive energy! She is efficient and she is lovely to converse with. She definitely needs a raise!!! Go Sage!

I ordered a Turkey tom on wheat. Service was slow and my sandwich was not made on wheat but the standard hard, stale white roll. Since I didn't have time to wait for another sandwich I choked it down. I wish there were more lunch options near the courthouse.
Why are you always closed? Last week y'all closed at 3 for no reason and again today, its 3:20 on a friday and you can't even be open. Atleast you have some cool staff.

Great food, but it was more expensive then the every other jimmy johns i have gone to cause a dollar for side of ranch, most are 59 cents, and 16 dollars for an original combo

Had a large but very quick and neatly done order delivered by a Gerald ! Very thankful and appreciative of the top tier customer service . I noticed how swamped they were ( I believe 2 - 3 employees during a big rush .) Customers were getting handled smoothly , but it was sooo hot ! So i asked if i could make it a delivery ( in response to wait time and doing add ons while looking through the menu ) and they were completely understanding ! Thanks ! My children , wife and I truly thank you !

Gave Only 3 stars because orange Shirt security for the Plaza Let Go of Some Homeless person who attacked a Pedestrian Young woman Here for a Jazz Event.Security Can't touch the Homeless so The orange Shirt People Need Security Training.Jimmie John's also probably has restroom problems due to Homeless Flushing baby wipes. Even if You Charge Peoplw to use the Restroom, the problem will still remain.We need public sanitation of some kind for set hours, patrolled by Security. Like 10 am to 8pm Curfew hours, the restroom can ve a good startKid-friendliness: Kids can't pay 15 for a sammich, and that pleases the adults looking for quietWheelchair accessibility: Only one or two, the rest we leave behind! ?? ?? ??

Worst and rudest delivery service in town. Never on time and always come with attitude. If you are scheduling delivery, make sure you know they come when they want, not when you schedule delivery!!!! Beware
