Not quite as "freaky fast" as it was a few years ago but still the food is great. I always get the gargantuan and it never disappoints.

Just stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Dude behind the counter has headphones in and can’t even acknowledge that there is a line of people at the counter waiting to order. I’m not sure if he was the only person working or not, but there was nothing “fast” about this experience. I left without ordering food

Bread was hard as a rock! Biting is was next to impossiblwe so I tried cutting it with a knife and it was worse than sawing wood with a dull saw. Ended up just eating the insides.

I ordered a sandwich to go and when I opened it was almost empty. I have been ordering this sandwich all the time and I love Jimmy John's. Such a shame to see how some workers are putting the business down.

A decent sandwich for a decent price. Fresh ingredients are an absolute perk here! Employees always seem to be great mood, which is so pleasing to see nowadays!Vegetarian options: A wide variety of vegetarian options are definitely available

The African American gentlemen at the front counter was courteous and extremely patient, as my friend couldn't quite make up his mind. They were so incredibly fast to get our food out to us we barely had enough time to get our soda and pick out our chips. The food was delicious. My only complaint is it was a little too cold.

On the real if y'all don't have delivery driver then you need to call your lazy gm, or dm to come in and drive. I see the potential, but I'm probably not gonna call or order for awhile until y'all get it together.

I came in for my birthday for my free sub, and unfortunately it was not loading properly in my app. The girl with piercings all over her face, at the counter just looked at me blankly, and said there was nothing she could do. She did not care at all. Then she went to the other side of the register and proceeded to text on her cell phone. She was also wearing extremely short black shorts. I was very disappointed. Then another gentleman who was making the subs came up and said he can take care of it, no problem, and made my sub and gave it to me for my birthday for free! His name was Michael. He was so kind and awesome. The other two employees in the store, couldn’t care less. Thank you Michael for making my birthday special!

Every single time I go to order online for delivery or pickup 7:30 p.m. or later it doesn't let you so you call the store and no one picks up. Then you get in your car and you drive to the store and they're out of bread or some other reason is preventing them from making food. Please just shorten your hours and call it a day as this location consistently is unable to provide services over an hour prior to closing.Employees seem friendly during the day.

They say their short staffed but there’s 2-3 people just sitting there but you cant keep the lobby open? Then the app or ordering online is a mess it’s just ridiculous

By far, the worst Jimmy John's I've been inside between Arizona and California. On multiple occasions, we've walked in and have been told they aren't taking walk-in orders but can step outside and call it in???? Something is terribly wrong with this location and it so happens to be our closest one. Such a disappointment.

Older guy with a green goatee was rude from the start for simply asking what he just said because I didn't here him across the room and when I ask nicely "what did you say" he gets upset and repeats himself in a really loud rude tone.
