Ordered delivery said it was delivered so I went to my front door nothing was there so I looked at my doorbell footage and no on had walked up or past my door for 4 hours and can’t even get a refund will never go here or order from jimmy John’s again I told them I would send that all the doorbell footage and they said that they can’t do anything what a joke.

This location is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches are sloppily tossed together and loosely wrapped, resulting in a mess. Double check your to-go orders. Today I was missing 2 out of 3 bags of chips and the side of jalapeño ranch I got was definitely not jalapeño ranch. It tasted like mayo & vinegar? I was charged 99cents for idk what. I was looking forward to it because when made properly it's delicious.

Wonderful service, especially the manager, Spencer, who is wonderful to customers and is always there when questions are asked. Wonderful staff and the food is well kept and stored in healthy conditions

Great place MOST of the employees treat us very well and overall our experiences have been good. However, one of my children went there the other day and came back sobbing. An employee by the name of Avery had said some very cruel comments and called my child a d*ke when she thought they were out of earshot. While my child was ordering, this employee was extremely passive aggressive towards them as well. On top of this, the other day, I went through the driveway and that same employee Avery was on her phone and completely off task! Besides this employee, Jimmy John's treats us well and the food is pretty good.

Beware if you have a 50 dollar bill regardless of how much your order is. They do not accept it. Im guessing its because of their low iq employees cant recognize a fake..Im done with this location. Also after ordering she didn't ask if we wanted other toppings on our sandwich. Apparently their low iq employees get lots of things wrong based off of the reviews im reading..Jersey Mikes is so much better anyways

My wife and I were very loyal customers, at least a few times a month. While consistent we had been continually surprised by the continual increases in your prices. Now it has gotten ridiculous to the extent that last week we bought our usual #9 & #5 with only chips. What used to, 4 years ago cost $16-$18 increased regularly to now almost $30. When we questioned the cashier she said that the store was regularly raising prices every 2 months and has gotten so bad that she said that she can't even afford to eat there anymore. We are done. We will be going to J Mikes or Firehouse, or make our own for 1/3 the price. We know prices and wages have gone up but not near that much and not every 2 months. You have lost a very good regular customer I am sorry to say.
